Good afternoon everyone! I want my review to be objective and useful, because. and write his village to save many from the mistakes that we made by choosing this hotel. We rested from 26.09 to 11.10. 2010.
I must say right away that when choosing a hotel in a travel agency, the emphasis was immediately placed on the fact that we were going to rest with small children. We rested with 2 families, i. e. 4 adults and 2 children 1 year and 3 months and 1 child 10 months. The manager of the travel agency immediately said that this is THE SAME hotel that we are looking for for families with children. And we had the following requirements - the presence of a children's table, the presence of children's beds and high chairs in the restaurant, good playgrounds and animation for children, a good beach, and other benefits for a family vacation. Bought 2 family two-room suites with a balcony.
This is what we wanted, and now what we got: upon check-in, our family was given a room without a balcony on the ground floor, in a dirty, uncleaned room with mold and dampness, an iron grate fell on the child’s leg within 15 minutes after check-in, falling off doors; the room did not open the first time, the electronic lock was constantly "buggy". Only after the scandal the next day we were given another room with a balcony and not so damp and dirty. I must say right away that a two-room suite is not 2 isolated rooms, but a bulkhead to the shoulders, with which a small corridor near the front door is fenced off, this nook, in fact, is called the nursery. The windows of the children's room overlook the courtyard of the building, i. e. it is very difficult to put the children under the constant screams of the attendants, who are constantly cleaning up and slamming the doors, and the screams of the Norwegian children, who rush along the corridor and cackle, is very difficult. I have never met such a noisy staff before, they were almost not noticed before, they were even surprised when they were cleaned, but this is not about this hotel. The management and staff are sloppy and ill-mannered, only at the reception they keep a brand, everyone else is in an unpleasant, washed out and sometimes just dirty uniform, everyone is talking loudly, cleaning the floors, the cleaners communicate with each other, shouting from floor to floor. They speak English with difficulty. Cleaning is extremely poor, every day we ourselves took out diapers from the room, wiped the dust ourselves, etc. because the quality of cleaning with small children is just terrible, despite the daily tips. All rooms except deluxe are equipped with shower only and tiled floor.

Now about the dining room, the language does not turn to be called a restaurant. The food is tasty and varied, it’s even difficult to add something here, there is an assortment of meat, fish, fruits and sweets. Everything suited me inside and out. BUT!! ! There is no children's table, forget about it. The children's table is french fries and pasta with ketchup. It's good that we brought a bunch of cans and paid a decent amount for reloading luggage (there were two children, and there was a lot of food). I advise you to take everything - juices, children's and cereals and mashed potatoes in jars. Nothing was brought back, everything was eaten there. From cereals, only semolina, from puree soups, I saw only tomato, squash and mushrooms. You understand, you can’t feed the kids especially. The microwave is the same and always dirty.
The service in the dining room is disgusting, finding a high chair for a child is a gift of fate, and you will find it - it is either dirty or wet. Finding a teaspoon in a restaurant is not realistic, once they even spotted it, we waited 15 minutes for a spoon to be found (one for 2 children). If you come not at the beginning of the meal, but a little late, then you have to sit down at a dirty table, only 2 times I saw how the tablecloth was changed, and then for the Germans, who swore with the staff that the table was dirty (there are almost no Germans in the hotel, because they love the service, but here it just doesn't exist). And so they brushed off the crumbs themselves and sat at a dirty table. Once on our kid turned the plate, so all the waiters went around and did not even remove what was on the floor until the end of our dinner. The carts for dirty dishes are disgustingly dirty, they were brought close to the table and right over the heads of the children, the plates were removed, touching our chairs and highchairs of the kids with a dirty cart with waste. You will never find a clean tea / coffee cup the first time, they are turned upside down and when you look inside, every second one is dirty. There are few waiters and they don’t really try, and they are not to blame for everything. The staff in the dining room is too small for a hotel with such a number of rooms.
In bars, when they see a yellow bracelet, they behave in a boorish way. At the request of my husband "4 beers" (we are 4 adults), the bartender with a sly grin refused to give him more than 2, I had to ask for alms. I have never ordered anything for myself, because all this is humiliating. There is nothing more than watered down whiskey, rum and wine and beer. In other hotels, all sorts of interesting cocktails were prepared, beautifully decorated and served with a smile on your face.
Now about the beach, yes it is big, sand with a small strip of pebbles at the entrance, but there is no cleanliness here either. Sunbeds are haphazard, you need to borrow from the very early morning (that's why we settled by the pool, and dragged the children in our arms to the sea). The beach is dirty, but it's not as bad as the dirt in the dining room and in the room.

The territory is large, green! There is where to walk, but in the evening when it gets dark almost everywhere is dark, very poorly lit! With a child, there is nowhere to go. The pools are super-large, different, beautiful. In a word, for every taste and height : -) There is one slide for adults and 3 for kids. By the way, the water in the pool is much cooler than in the sea : -) We observed an unpleasant situation, how a foreign kid made a "bunch" on a children's slide in a children's pool, vacationers asked the staff to clean it up, but this happened only an hour later. So the lack of sanitation is complete. There is no playground, the amusement park, declared in the catalog and on the site, is in a dilapidated state and does not work.
I can’t say anything about animation, because. they never visited it, we went to bed early because of the children, but we heard from the balcony that it was in English, German, but not in Russian. With children's animation, everything is about the same, there are no animators, there is something to compare with, there have been many places. The animator girls, with a sour face, perform the same exercises on the mini-disco, namely the exercises, because. It's hard to call it dancing. It seems that they do everything through force and the children infuriate them, when the kids try to climb onto the stage, they are quite rudely forbidden to do this.
In general, the summary is, the feeling of being deceived did not leave all these 2 weeks. I have never been picky, I never thought that I would write such a review, but believe me, this is all a sad reality. For the first time in our lives, we were counting the days until we returned home! So tired of this filth and service. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone! There are many others from which you get a positive and luxurious holiday. If I had been to Turkey for the first time, then probably I would not have gone there again. The good news is that there are many very good hotels and not even always 5-ki. This hotel received 5 stars only for its large territory, a large number of pools and a large number of rooms, everything else is 3 with a fat minus. With children, in general, choose any other hotel, in any case it will be better, because. worse than this is hard to find. Everyone goes to Turkey for service, but Turkish service and TTH Pegasos World are 2 concepts that live in different planes.

In any case, I wish everyone a pleasant stay, and if you still decide to go with children, then bring a full first aid kit with you (there are a lot of children's infections, all of our children have had infectious tonsillitis) and baby food ! !
