We traveled with 2 kids in early October.
I share my impressions.
The road from the airport is about 1 hour. Even with children it was easy and not stressful.
Settlement.
Arrived early in the morning, settled after 13.30.
At the reception they said the hotel is full and you need to wait until the room is free.
They didn't offer money, so they decided to wait. I know that others offered to pay, but before us the numbers were never received.
Upon arrival, they were allowed to use all the benefits of the hotel: food, tea and coffee in coffee machines, bottled water in refrigerators, Wi-Fi.
They issued cards for beach towels so that we could use the pool or go to the sea.
They offered to put things in a kind of storage room. It seems like no one is guarding it, but there is a camera and it is written that everything is under round-the-clock security.
If there are any valuables, the administrator offers to give them for temporary storage.

We got a room in building number 5.

The one that is marked on the hotel map as object No. 15.
The room is excellent: Family Large Land View.
Two full-fledged rooms, in one double wide bed, in the other two single beds.
For my taste, the beds are very comfortable and the mattresses are comfortable.
In each room: wardrobe, table, two bedside tables, chest of drawers, TV.
Shared balcony overlooking the internal road in the hotel. Palm trees and orange trees grow along it.
We liked.
Of course, not without minor flaws: two wooden planks, near the beds, were not nailed and periodically fell to the floor.
There was a piece of peeled off wallpaper in the bathroom, water was not flushing well in the toilet, the drain grate in the shower was torn off from its place and just lay crookedly on it.
But we did not pay attention, in principle, these are trifles.
Cleaning.
They cleaned the room quite well (of course, no one cleaned under the beds, but in general, very nothing).
We had towels changed every two days.
Tipping the cleaning lady every other day.
The cleanliness in the hotel itself probably depends on the change of employees, because there were days when everything was cleaned and it was clean, and there were days when it was disgusting to touch the tables in the lobby
Nutrition.
The food is great, lots of stuff.
A lot of meat - well, really a lot (both stewed and fried and grilled, lamb, beef, chicken, turkey).
There was fish all the time, in different versions. But somehow the fish, this is not their forte, was overdried all the time.
Vegetables, fruits, pastries, cakes, pizza, shawarma, nuggets, etc. were just in bulk.

Every evening, some kind of theme (Turkish, Italian, Japanese (Chinese), etc. ).
Didn't have time to arrive in a week.
One problem is with soups. Well, they don’t have normal soups in our understanding, that’s all).
Territory.
Big, green and beautiful.
They take good care of her. Rowing from morning to evening.
The pool is large with different areas for adults and kids.
Enough space for everyone, as well as sun loungers.

Of course, if you come to the pool after 9, you will have to look for places, but you can find them.
Cool water park.
Gorok is enough.
The sea is just wonderful, warm and quite clean.
Sun loungers were always found, no matter what time they came.
Just be sure to bring your mask or goggles for swimming. The water is very salty and burns strongly when it gets into the eyes.
