I won’t say specifically about this hotel, but in general, from the rest in new hotels I took out for myself:
"pros" - everything is new (furniture, plumbing, linen, dishes), for the promotion of the hotel in the first seasons, the quality and quantity of food and alcohol are higher. And, of course, the price is great.
"cons" - some imperfections constantly climb out, the territory is not yet very green, the staff is not well-coordinated, there are no reviews on the Internet.

We rested in a hotel 3 = x months old, though in Egypt :))). EVERYTHING LIKE IT VERY, everything was great! For reference, the Grand Rotana Hotel in Sharm. Let it be so in beloved Turkey!

The hotel opens just a month before our trip, and if negative reviews suddenly appear, ordering another hotel will lead to a partial loss of money. Plus 2 children is an additional deterrent. Eh, if it opened at the beginning of the season - I wouldn’t even doubt it. And so ... I think we'll go to Q Premium Resort. The hotel is new (2011) and it seems that the reviews are not bad. Well, I'm within my budget.

We are going June 12th. Information about the opening of the hotel on the sites is different, but on one of them they found information that the hotel opens on May 25th. Today I found out the opening date from various tour operators and I was surprised - Teztour opened on June 1, and Pegasus on May 25. In the teztur they said that the opening date was moved from May 25 (they don’t have time) to June 01. I'm afraid they might reschedule. What stage of construction is the hotel currently in? in Pegasus I was informed that the hotel today (04/16/14) was sold until June 19th. And more interesting information - near Teztour the hotel is located on the first coastline, but at Pegasus the same hotel is located on the second line. This is the number... Maybe the hotel will open in September 2015??? And the tour was bought on June 12, 2014.

The hotel is still under construction! official opening June 1st. Accordingly, it is better not to poke your nose there before June 1st. And before the end of June, I think they will not have time. The beach is not equipped, the exterior decoration is not finished.
