At this time, the weather is warm and not exhausting. The air temperature is +24 ... +28 (maybe higher, because it doesn’t happen year after year), and the water is about +23 (quite comfortable for swimming). of course, year after year is not necessary. But in general, the second half of May - mid-June (and September) is the best time for the Mediterranean coast of Turkey. We were at the end of May twice (in 2008 and 2009), no warm clothes were needed in the evening. It was around +30 during the day, the water in the sea was gorgeous.
