Before the trip, we read a lot of negative reviews about the hotel, but there was already a ticket, there's nothing to be done... The main thing that bribed us was the large territory and the proximity of Side, we really like to walk. We arrived at 10 am, waited for check-in until 2 pm. But this is the case everywhere in the high season. Even in Moscow, they decided to overpay a little and ordered a deluxe bungalow. Lovely new building, everything is clean and new. We saw only one drawback - a very small room, actually for two. And there were three of us - my husband and I and a fifteen-year-old son. The maid immediately dragged a folding bed (the driver stood and watched her drag it, her husband and son had to intervene and help the poor woman), and then we all together tried to put this bed in the room. As a result, after the rearrangement, the bed did fit by the window, but we had to push the coffee table under the mirror, and the chair wandered around our room throughout the rest. There are no comments on the work of the maid - she cleaned it cleanly, changed towels every day... I won’t say about bed linen, they just didn’t pay attention, they brought their head to the pillow, and okay . . ))) A sweet kind woman, always with a smile, always says hello . The bar was replenished daily, even if we did not have time to empty it - water, cola and fanta.
Many write about the terrible work and attitude of the reception staff. Here, probably, we were lucky again . . Twice we asked about the safe, the master immediately came and helped to figure it out, the Russian-speaking young lady at the counter smiled sweetly and never dismissed our questions. The only downside was on check out. We asked to wake us up early in the morning (not that we really needed it, but for insurance), but the call never came.
Now about to eat . . Very tasty stewed chicken, stewed lamb, there was something else fried, I didn’t delve into it, I eat little meat, but my men didn’t complain. But compared to other hotels, the meat seemed really not enough. But there are many other delicious dishes. To make something seem stale or tasteless, it was not. I will not talk about pastries, everything is on top. Even the fruits were all ripe - plums, bananas, grapes, watermelon, melon, apples....Sometimes they cut them into pieces, sometimes they offered them whole. Nothing was allowed to be taken out. We fed the cats, brought them sausage and meat. For themselves, they took fruit to the beach - no one said a word. There were queues, we do not deny, but they quickly self-destructed. Tables were always empty. Drinks were always brought, sometimes, when I did not want to wait for the waiter, my men brought them themselves. But we did not notice such that the Germans were served in the first place. Treat everyone equally. What was unpleasant was the dirty dishes. Yes, sometimes I came across, I had to inspect the instruments and glasses.

The territory is huge, you had to walk. But in Moscow, the work is sedentary, and it was not difficult to walk around the beautiful territory on vacation. They did not notice the mud, although everything came up and down. I especially liked the orchard. . No words. . ))) Those who don't like to walk on numerous stairs, slides, etc. , pay attention to the neighboring hotel, there is only the main building and the pool in front of it. All. There is nothing else, but everything is at hand, you don’t have to go anywhere, sit down and sit.
The beach is decent, sunset in the sea is awesome. But the cleaning is top notch. I don't think it's the staff's fault though. Many vacationers simply piled disposable dishes around them, played with children near the water with glasses and bottles of water, and then left it all like that. Too lazy to throw a cigarette butt into an ashtray, it's easier to bury it in the sand. Hence the dirt on the beach, although it was constantly cleaned, but did not always keep up with the vacationers.
The spa treatments were very good. We immediately made it clear that we would do five massages each. There were no more questions. Masseurs are just great! I was massaged by Nana, my husband had Ferhat. They put us on our feet. I'm not talking about the fact that they are just wonderful people. I remember with warmth my Nanochka - and golden pens, and a kind heart, and the state of health and mood after her sessions is still wonderful. Thank you!
In the end, maybe we are so unpretentious, maybe we were just lucky, but we rested just fine. We didn’t get hung up on trifles, smiled, talked, enjoyed the sea, the sun, flowers, fruits, good people, and in the end we got a wonderful vacation and a bunch of positive impressions.
