They settled right away, the rooms were not changed, the doors were opposite. Our balcony overlooked the street, it was a bit noisy. My daughter and grandchildren have a balcony overlooking the pool, which is also noisy because every evening there is some kind of entertainment program. But all this before 24 hours.
The food is good and with a fairly large selection. Meat is not only chicken, or rather chicken is one dish, but 3-4 beef, a lot of cheese, sweets, figs, dried apricots, watermelon, melon, pear, peach, large white and black grapes, ice cream once a day near the pool. Every evening on the street they cook meat on the grill, there is a lot of everything and in abundance. At lunch, the restaurant is less than half full, the rest dine on the beach, the choice there is not so big but quite sufficient. I am a coffee lover but I liked tea in teapots there, I advise everyone.
From the things I didn't like:
- Towels are provided at the hotel and you need to go to the beach with them. As I saw later, vacationers from the first line went to the beach with towels too.
- According to reviews, I read that towels disappear on the beach. I did not see, but vacationers said that they caught a worker on the beach carrying mattresses for sunbeds, as he tried to steal or stole a towel.
- Not enough Russian speaking staff. But, with my complete ignorance of any other language, there were absolutely no problems. If you really need it, they will quickly find someone who will help.
From not liked, but not related to the hotel:
- The guide who accompanied us from the airport to the hotel frankly hinted at a tip to the driver.
- They make a special stop at a mini market, such as rest for 15 minutes, go to the toilet, have a snack or drink coffee. The funny thing is that it's almost in Side. We brought people to two hotels, ours was the third, after us there was another couple in the hotel nearby, and so, we all spent 5 minutes on this, after we drove off from the bus stop where we stood for 15 minutes.
Call, write I will answer any questions.
I had very mixed feelings about our trip. I want to share, of course, in my subjective opinion))
As with most travel, there are always pros and cons. So it is this time.
First about the positive.
1. In my opinion, excellent and varied food. Delicious, unusual, beautifully decorated, appetizing, in a word, decent food. Everything is under complete control. The chef constantly goes to the hall and makes the necessary instructions, samples are taken regularly. In the restaurant - all the dishes are clean and without chips. Some dishes were prepared in front of guests (that is, from the heat, from the heat). I can’t say anything negative. )) Even the processing of each table is made with an alcohol solution (!!! ) before covering it with a tablecloth and cutlery, I was surprised... and pleased. The waiters work well.
2. The complete absence of insects: whether flies, mosquitoes or... there was nothing like this in the entire territory, even in a restaurant where there is food and food waste!
3. Availability of WiFi. Everywhere, throughout the territory, even on the beach! True speed - not very. But these are trifles. The only thing that annoyed me was that in each new place you had to enter your login and password to access the Internet.
4. Availability of drinking water everywhere and everywhere without restrictions. Cold or not chilled - as required. There have never been any problems. Who cares, with alcohol the situation is the same. I tried wine and beer. I like it))
5. Towels are changed daily. The rooms have a small electronic kettle, tea, coffee, cream, granulated sugar. The refrigerator is constantly replenished with drinking water.
Well, perhaps, about the positive, everything. Now about what upset.
1. Nobody speaks Russian anywhere!!! ! They don't speak English either! Even at the reception. And this is nonsense for me. That is, no questions, and even more so, problems can not be solved! And the online translator on the phone does not always help. Communication in the hotel is exclusively in German and Turkish. It turns out that initially, putting up vouchers to this hotel for sale in Russia, no one was even going to organize a comfortable stay for guests from the Russian Federation at home. And this, unfortunately, is a fact. And very sad. Even television programs: about ten in German, only Channel One in Russian. It is not pleasant to feel like people of the "second" class and to watch how the Germans are "licked" and do not react in any way to the requests of "other" guests is frankly disgusting!!!
2. The complete absence of children's animation!! ! I don’t think that one can argue about the presence of children’s animation only by the presence of organized dances every evening for 15 minutes - the animator danced with the children to the same 4 German songs in German. One can only imagine how the animator communicates in German with Russian-speaking children. There is nominally a children's room, but only after a complaint was made at the reception, they began to open a children's room. Although the girl who was sitting in this room also did not speak a word of Russian. And, therefore, children can only organize their own play and leisure. The meaning of this room?...
3. The mode of operation of the two water slides is at least strange. It works during the most dangerous active solar time, when children are not recommended to stay in the sun. Adults also ride down the hills. Actively. Rough. No security measures whatsoever! And no one (! ) makes any remarks to anyone, there is no organization of the slides, respectively, no one is responsible for the actions of adult tipsy people (((((Accordingly, there is nothing left to do but to forbid children to have fun on the slides. My granddaughter is still on the slides I wasn't interested, but I watched it all from the window of my room, so I'm talking about it firsthand.
4. Check-in at the hotel does not occur immediately, but through sending for a day to another hotel. Massively (about 80%) Russians are first taken to a hotel in the neighborhood, and the next day they are only settled in paid Aquamarine. So for a minute - the day is lost. You can't open the suitcase. You don't go anywhere. . . no sea, no pool, nothing.
5. Smoking everywhere and everywhere! We, Russians, are already accustomed to the fact that smoking is prohibited in public places. Here, no one even tries to wonder who is nearby. They smoke with might and main even if there are small children nearby. It is a fact.
6. The rooms are not cleaned well. Formally. Very strange shower. Water flows through the threshold of the cubicle to the toilet. The shower head is not removable. Very uncomfortable to wash! Especially washing the baby. I had to adapt the bucket from the sandbox kit for this!
7. No one tries to help the guest. Near the pool, a towel was stolen from me, for which, according to the rules of the hotel, you need to pay a tidy sum. At the reception, no one even thought to help me in this matter. I had to contact the representative of the travel agency. The result of the correspondence not only surprised or amazed me, but outraged me: the solution to my problem was to force me to similar banal theft, so to speak, in the image and likeness, to go and steal a towel from any guest by the pool and get the coveted card...
8. The territory of the hotel is not just small. She doesn't exist at all. Three Corps. The pool is large and small (for children) and the "theatre" sector with a stage.
9. The mosque is very audible.
10. When choosing this hotel for a holiday, of course, reviews were studied. I was ready for many things. But in fact, anyway, to experience all this for yourself, I must admit, is very unpleasant! Of course, all the bad things will eventually disappear from memory, and only positive impressions and emotions will remain. But one thing is absolutely certain. I won't go to this hotel again! And next time I will study all the stories of tourists about other places of their rest more carefully !!! !
