Rest was a success.
Now about everything in order.
Arrived in Antalya in the morning.
Met, put in a small bus.
The hotel is 70 km away from the airport, taking into account the delivery of other people to closer hotels, and a useless stop near a local cafe, the travel time was more than 2 hours.
On the way back, pick up first, as much as 5 hours before departure.
Reception - rating 5.
We were greeted warmly, given to fill out a questionnaire and explained the rules, taking into account the pandemic:
masks should be worn only in enclosed spaces (restaurant, reception).
Speaking of protective equipment - masks are issued on demand (at the reception desk, restaurant).
Sanitizers are installed everywhere and everywhere. Even on the beach.
All surfaces are cleaned regularly.
At the entrance / exit to the hotel measure the temperature.
The room was given immediately upon arrival.
For sports activities and visiting a restaurant, you must pre-register in a special hotel application, convenient.
I was pleasantly surprised not by Eastern punctuality in everything.
Territory - solid 5.
On the spot it became clear that the hotel is fully consistent with its name. Beautiful palm alleys, as in an oriental fairy tale, various exotic trees and shrubs.
The hotel is focused on eco-tourism: vegetables are planted on the main alley, there are signs calling to think about the dangers of garbage. On the shore of the pyramid protecting masonry of sea turtles. There are many cats on the territory, there is even a cat's coffee, where there is always food and water for them. In the neighborhood, in a cage - rabbits, which are also full and happy.
Birds sing, it creates the complete impression that you are in the garden.
On the territory along the alleys there are cozy two-story houses.
Large swimming pool and water slides, which are open from morning to evening with a break for lunch.
On the territory there are shops with everything you need for a beach holiday and knitwear.
Near the entrance to the hotel there is a large shopping center - a pharmacy, knitwear, shoes.
A little further there is a market - everything is the same + baklava.
When choosing baklava, pay attention to the tightness of the packaging. There are food bugs.
Number 4.
Spacious, clean, everything works.
So it is worth noting the unbiased attitude on a national basis, seen in other hotels.
Beach and sea - 4 (reduced for reasons beyond the control of the hotel)
The beach is sand and pebble. At the entrance to the sea stones. Not comfortable without slippers.
There is a pontoon, from which you can go down the stairs to the depths.
The sea area is open, so waves are not uncommon.
Despite this, we swam every day.
There is a traditional water entertainment center.
There are plenty of sun loungers, even by the pool, even on the beach, they are all under an awning.
Every day they are treated with a disinfectant solution, as evidenced by a special plate.
Towels are changed every day.
Animation - 5+
Given the situation with the coronavirus, they thought that she would be absent.
But, fortunately, they were wrong.
Sports games (except volleyball) and activities (aerobics, zumba, etc. ) were held daily, as was live music in the bar. A day later there were shows in the amphitheater.
Extreme show was especially impressive.
How many rested in Turkey, this is not seen.
Summing up: we had a good rest, and did not regret that we took a chance and flew to Turkey (and not to "our Crimea"). The hotel deserves your attention.
In Turkey, all the cuisine is similar, so I didn’t notice much difference, except that the assortment is smaller, so there were sometimes shrimp, red fish.
The hotel is small, there is no animation by the pools, animation for children is mostly in German, there were evening shows, but not every day (there was a soap bubble show, a circus, a light show, dancing, discos on the beach)
There is a children's camp, you take your child there and you can be calm for him all day (they do not swim in the pool / sea) there is a Russian-speaking animator
And finally, the hotel itself is designed for Germans, there are very few Russian-speaking staff. As a girl, I liked that the hotel is very decent, so the Turks do not bother our girls. Everything is very decent and high quality!
The only negative is Side, not as beautiful as in Kemer, you will not see the mountains, only the endless sea. But on the other hand, you can enjoy the beauty of the hotel itself or take advantage of field trips. But do not take it from the guide, go outside the hotel and immediately see a shopping center, there is a man at the entrance who sells the same excursions, only 2 times cheaper.
But, "for beautiful eyes", instead of the paid standard, they received a gift - families and settled us at 12:00 !!
A bottle of rose wine with fruit touched my eyes!
Everything is beautiful, orderly and measured. Great staff, impeccable service. Themed dinners in the main restaurant are amazing. There are a hundred thousand million children (in a restaurant you can’t count children’s tables for feeding) and they don’t bother at all. Everyone gets a smile from the general manager and chef at the entrance! Food for every taste: a dozen cheeses, veal, beef, lamb, different types of fish of any preparation, mountains of greens, fruits, dozens of desserts - makes you forget about diets and decency and make 3-4 calls to the distribution.
The beach and pools are immaculate. The territory is licked at every meter.
populated 80% Bundes, 15% Poles 5% Austria, Italy, Britain.
From Ukraine we were alone. The density of Muscovites per 1 m2 is initially 2-3 families. Adequate. By the time of departure, a couple of classic "YOU WHAT! " But we were already going.
The return transver was at 17:45. I came to pay extra, to agree on a couple of hours of delay in the delivery of the room - free of charge! let the child sleep until 16.
Solid positive! There is so little of it in modern times, but here - "scoop more"
Thank you very much.
Cons, not that "on the background", but simply NO!
Or maybe we are lucky : )))?
Regarding the lack of Russian animation for children - this, of course, was a minus for us, since the older Dima (3.5 years old) had to be entertained all the time by himself, and he was constantly mischievous and clung to the younger Bogdanchik (1.5 years old). But if you go with a nanny (grandmother, friend, etc. ) or two families, then I think the animation will not be so relevant anymore.
In short, I will give a short instruction to those who are going to rest in Turkey (in this hotel or in another) in order to somehow make this review useful.
1. Do not forget to bring sunscreen with you, as they are very expensive in Turkey.
2. Take a variety of medicines (just in case). I won’t tell you for a long time, but the herpes that suddenly appeared on my wife’s lip cost us 30 bucks. And this is with insurance (which turns out to cover almost nothing) and provided that she was only once anointed with something on her lip (naturally it didn’t help and they didn’t give us the ointment on our hands - go buy it separately). In short, the doctors in the hotel are still crooks : )
Although most likely they should be there - if the insurance sucks, then pay for everything yourself and at crazy prices!
3. People with a weak stomach. Take Mezim with you!!!
It is not realistic to find it there, but there is so much food and it is so tasty that it is impossible to resist and not try everything a little bit. Over time, naturally, it ceases to be digested and absorbed. Although I saw how some tourists successfully replaced Mezim with strong alcoholic drinks : )
4. Germans in this hotel are at least 80%. With all the ensuing circumstances. In short, you have to keep the brand and take care of yourself, the children and their actions : )
5. Do not buy excursions at the hotel and from guides - you will pay 2-3 times more expensive, and you will travel with people from your own hotel, but those who bought the same excursion 500 meters to the left outside the hotel are much cheaper. This also applies to the hammam bath. Infa, though not new, but many still do not know this.
6. Regarding the Internet. If anyone is interested at all, then throughout the hotel free WiFi. And pretty fast. At the same time, it can work poorly in the rooms, but on the street, near the pools and the beach, it is very decent. I again flew in for an extra 35 bucks by buying a local mob SIM card. operator with 1GB. Internet without checking thoroughly the WiFi coverage of the hotel. True 3G HSDPA+ Internet from Voodafon is really something. Our 3G seems like total crap after that.
7. And the last. Souvenirs are also better to buy outside the hotel and no closer than 500-1000m.
The formula is simple - the further you go - the cheaper the price.
P. S. Look, don't get lost : )
Yes, and at night do not stagger behind the hotel - it can really be dangerous.
Have a good holiday everyone!! !
The rooms are good, but not all, or rather the view from the rooms let us down. There are 2 not entirely successful blocks, one with a view of the "backyard" of the Iberotel restaurant - more or less tolerable, but still not the same, and with a view of the kitchen of the restaurant of the neighboring hotel - generally terrible. But thanks to the only Russian-speaking manager of the hotel, Irina, the issue of providing a normal room was settled quickly and without any additional costs (before communicating with her, they tried to resolve the issue with representatives of the TUI and another manager - the frost was complete).
The rooms themselves are excellent inside, but I advise you to avoid blocks with numbers starting with 15 and 34, they can disappoint the view of the backyards of restaurants, or specify which way the balcony faces. If you eat four people, please note that the Family Room is 2-room and spacious, and the junior suites, although designed for 4 people, are very cramped and uncomfortable! In rooms on the first floor with an open balcony at night it can be very noisy from watering the lawn, on the second floor this noise is not so felt!
The food in all restaurants and bars is excellent, varied and tasty, everything was meat, fish, vegetables and fruits, everything was fresh and plentiful! Drinks are great too, no diluted jupi/cola/beer, all good quality, delicious non-alcoholic cocktails.
But then again, she fed her one-year-old daughter with imported canned food, there was practically nothing to give from the buffet, with the exception of broccoli, cheese and fruits (German children eat french fries with ketchup, and their parent does not seem to worry about this). There were enough highchairs for everyone, I was pleased that they were always clean and well-groomed, like new ones. In general, the restaurant staff is beyond praise, dirty dishes are taken away immediately, clean dishes are always available. And food is on hand at any time, even at the beginning of breakfast / lunch / dinner, at least 5 minutes before the end, ending dishes are added all the time, I have never seen empty trays.
The beach is clean, the sea is excellent, warm, there were enough sun loungers for everyone, even despite the strange manner of some guests to take a sun lounger with a towel early in the morning and then they will not appear on the beach even once a day. We swam in the adult pool once "for show", we spent all the time on the beach.
The children's pool pleased with an awning, the second with a slide, a couple of times in the very sun went there with my daughter, she liked it. There is a great playground next to the pool! There is a mini-club for children from 4 years old, but it is in German, according to my observations from the side, the children really like it, but we are still small, we don’t care what language they are in, the main thing is that you can dance, draw, spit)))
In general, all the animation is in German, it simply does not exist in Russian, so that the tour operator does not speak there. And in general, the husband called the hotel "Deutschland", because the majority of German guests and all the staff are fluent in German. But it didn’t bother us much, we didn’t experience problems with understanding, English always came to the rescue. Well, they also understand basic words in Russian.
The hotel has a rental of baby strollers, 4 euros per day, or 20 euros for the entire stay, the strollers are good, German, but already slightly worn out.
There are shops on the territory of the hotel, in the corner they sell various inflatable circles, beach shoes, and all sorts of different necessary little things: creams, combs, razors, batteries, etc. - prices are lower than outside the hotel, you can also bargain. We went to the factory from the leather store - a waste of time, expensive, poor quality, old models. In shopping malls-markets across the road from the hotel, you can choose better and cheaper. In the same place, there is a pharmacy behind the hotel, I did not have a chance to use the services, but my friends said that the medicines are of very good quality, better than those that they brought with them. The prices for excursions from the tour operator are simply barbaric, at the exit from the hotel the same thing is a couple of times cheaper. But we just found out, with such a small child, the guide himself dissuaded us from going.
-calmness;
-no even a hint of unsanitary conditions, poisoning;
-bungalow, compactness, very close to the sea;
- good food;
-safe and at the same time tangible slides for the child.
Literally everything justified the expectation. Plus, the feeling of thoughtfulness and comfort: the restaurant, the evening bar Panorama - a bar on the beach are conveniently located; wooden paths under a canopy and going straight to the sea; many sunbeds (all good); lifeguards are constantly working by the pool with slides, they are working (even I left the child for some time).
-Location of the hotel. Good. Very close to us and a pharmacy, and a supermarket with more expensive products and a shopping center with consumer goods and street travel agency. You don’t need to go anywhere, everything is the same everywhere (as the study showed : )). Go out in the evening, life begins to boil.
-Number. They took a superior (slightly larger than the standard, which makes it possible for a full-fledged sleeping place for a child). There was no feeling of wear. TV did not fit a little, not plasma, but only visually. Plumbing is good, water pressure is almost a Charcot shower.
-Restaurant. Big. Purely. Lots of tables. There were no queues. Every day is themed, in the evenings they decorate according to the theme, meet at the entrance, wish you bon appetit, everything is decorous, solemn. Lots of servants. They are especially friendly to children (in general, everything here is thought out for children - high chairs, coasters in the bar, and endless different ice cream... ).
-Food. People have repeatedly described. In general, it is VERY MUCH and FRESH. I tried to figure out yesterday's food at least somewhere, it didn't work out or I didn't notice. Lovers of meat, cheese, fish, you are here. Especially meat.
-Contingent. German couples 30-40 years old with children (there were a lot of children, maybe because it's summer, August). Pensioners are single couples. There are few of us.
-Attitude. Absolutely the same. I don't know what could have been done to notice the discrimination. In general, the Germans liked the people.
- Animation. Good for kids. The hosts also translate their text into Russian. In general, for children's discos (and they are there every day from 8 pm), language is not needed. There were several performances for adults, they also tried to translate.
-Thanks! Hotel representative TUI Islam. Our ATM "ate" the card, it helped a lot in this situation. Thank you very much Islam!
-Carefully. Algae on buoys. They really cause allergies. I read about it on a sign right next to my sunbed, having already received a kind of burn (the irony of life).
-Disadvantages. Only prohibitory announcements are written in Russian. There is also no Russian language in the names of dishes. I can't think of anything more negative.
In general, we are, of course, satisfied. We had a wonderful rest, completely disconnected from reality and worries. Felt like PEOPLE on vacation. Thanks to the local population and the Germans for maintaining the hotel at a decent comfortable level.
If anyone has questions, please ask.
