This is just HORRIBLE, not a hotel! This is not the first time we are resting in Turkey, but this has not been seen anywhere else. When choosing this hotel, they paid attention to the reviews, mostly positive (but having arrived) they were very surprised who could like it here (no offense here). Communicating with tourists on the spot, everyone was not happy with what exactly I would write next.
Firstly, this is not the first line, it’s not far to go to the sea for about 5-10 minutes down the public road, but going back up in the sun is much more difficult. There is a car that takes you to the beach and back, but there is one thing, you need to call it (just from the phone to the number 9), and when you call you will be answered, wait 5 minutes, but you will have to wait 10-15 or even more. I once waited on the beach min. 30 (their phone broke, the husband went on foot to the reception to call for a car, so they asked him with surprise: “why doesn’t my wife walk on foot? ”) - I explain - my child is 4 years old, we carry a circle, armlets, a bucket to the beach, a spatula, a huge water pistol and a bunch of other toys + 3 towels, a book, etc. in general, do you understand, and how is it all to clatter back on the way up?! ? + in addition to clatter on the hands of a child, because he is tired and his legs hurt.
Secondly, the food in this hotel is just beeeeeeeeeeeee, I wrote this in a cultural way, not only is it the same thing every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner, it’s also not tasty (well, for example, there is grilled fish, it’s so dry, it’s not possible to eat, I don’t remember a single delicious dish, we just ate so as not to be hungry). And they give ice cream only from 15:00 to 16:00, and at that time a huge queue is built, and my child is still sleeping at that time, and if he didn’t wake up by 16:00, he was very upset that he didn’t have time to eat ice cream.

Thirdly, and this is perhaps the most important thing - the staff is very disrespectful to visitors, I would say boorishly. (The situation - we came to dinner, we wanted to sit down at a table that had just been vacated, we asked the waiter to remove the table, to which we received the answer: "Sit down at another table in another room, there are clean ones. " We are not harmful, but it is in this the hall where we wanted to sit there is a children's area, children's tables and a couple of toys, the child, when he has eaten, can go to play, and the parents can calmly finish their food. comfort to sit ?? ? such situations the sea.
Fourthly, this hotel has only 2 elevators, which means that you will spend half of your rest near the elevator waiting for it, and then you will stop on each floor... + there is no air conditioning in the elevator, in such heat in Turkey you can just die in it ? I then found a ladder (like in case of a fire) and walked on foot, with a child in my arms, if you have a stroller, I sympathize.
Fifthly - h and s t o t a, she is not here! the rooms are not cleaned, there are reviews that you need to press the button on the touch screen at the exit from the room, then they clean it, I declare that it is not, they pressed it every day (we rested 10 days) the room was cleaned only 3 times, and then “removed” in quotation marks . They made the bed, changed the towels and that's it. The room was not vacuumed, the dust was not wiped....(Situation from life: the kid ate nuts in a glass in the room, accidentally turned them over, I collected the nuts themselves, but the husk remained from them, so after the room was cleaned, the husk continued to lie on the carpet? I will add a photo).
Sixth - animation, animation - it simply does not exist! I personally did not see, I only saw how they played volleyball on the beach and that's it. There is a playroom for children, to be indoors, they don’t even go outside with children, and they do what they want there, they only paint T-shirts with them for an additional fee ($ 10). There is a children's disco in the evening, it is generally normal, such as everywhere else. After the disco show program, and it's certainly horror, believe me. The artists who perform in this hotel do not even look after their appearance, you once saw fat dancers who have fat hanging on their sides, this is fuuuu, and someone in torn tights performs, someone in torn shoes, I'm already silent about the quality of the performance, I regard it as a mockery of the visitors. We did not watch a single performance to the end, although every evening we came in the hope of seeing something interesting.

And the last thing, if you have a check-out from the hotel in the evening, you will be evicted at 12:00, well, this is a normal procedure, like everywhere else, but for an additional $ 50 you can stay, but I want you to know that if you do not pay 50 $ they remove the bracelet from you and you can no longer eat on the territory of the hotel?
If you still decide to go here, you will understand me when you return, although to each his own “good” and everything is known in comparison. We had nothing to compare to and this was clearly the worst hotel we have ever stayed in.
