We arrived at the hotel at 11... in our arms with a 5-month-old child. No one was going to check in until we politely asked for a room . . because the child wanted to eat and sleep. They went to the meeting and gave a number.
There were 4 of us, 3 adults and 1 child under 1 year old. We counted on 3 full-fledged adult beds, the result... one full-fledged bed, a teenage sofa and an arena. As 3 adults with a child are in the room, it is tiny. There is no place even for a passage. We contacted the reception with a request to change the room... and they shrug, they say pay extra $ 150 and we will move you... extremely tactless employees work at the reception, who can’t even explain anything plainly . . they didn’t have time to call at the hotel, but there was already such a disappointment (having written a review on VKontakte in the hotel group, I received a complete negative... instead of "we'll think of something"
