My friends and I decided to celebrate my birthday and relax in a five-star hotel. But my vacation was spoiled from the very approach to the reception.
1. Rude treatment at the reception, no smile, no welcome, but the second employee in Turkish told our manager to withdraw money from their card (I speak Turkish), at my request to show the room before checking in, since there was a scandal with us other clients upon check-in, was refused - you have a standard room and all I answered was that the situation had changed due to fires and I did not want a view from the balcony of fires and smoke. The air conditioner turned off every time you went out to the balcony, the safe was paid, there were no bathrobes or slippers as it should be in five stars. This hotel is 3 stars at the most.
5. When returning from the beach, the sekuriti did not want to let us into the hotel, because we did not have bracelets on our hands, which we had to wear upon check-in, we had to go under escort again to the reception for clarifications (there is a video).

In the morning I went out onto the balcony, smoke covered the entire coast, smoke, the smell of burning, there was nothing to breathe (I am sending you the video), although the smell of burning cannot be conveyed by video. 7. I ASK YOU TO REFUND MY MONEY, WITHOUT ANY PENALTY FOR THE GROUNDS OF THE ABOVE. (Deduct the amount for one night only).
