The first impression after the trip was not very good. We arrived early in the morning, sent for breakfast, settled only by 14.00 at first they gave a dirty room, but at the request they immediately changed it. Furniture and everything in the room is in order. The food in the first 5 days was varied, even a very large selection of everything, then for some reason it was all reduced. You need to walk to the sea, but for us it was not a problem, about 5 minutes at a calm pace (there is a transfer to the beach, but we rode it 1 time).
Of the minuses, there is no free Wi-Fi, at least in the lobby, and we couldn’t buy it in the first 3 days, it was broken... then we bought it, but it didn’t work very well (I personally was on roaming from Kyivstar) because. to. to buy internet there, you can only for one device 15$ - 7 days, 1 day - 4$, 3 days - 9$.
The staff does not understand Russian at all. As for me, a hotel with 5 stars should understand at least a little the language of the host guests. They don’t tell anything, they don’t show, they don’t run, the attitude is cold towards guests, but they are not rude. And one more of the minuses of this hotel, you will be given only liquid soap in general a container and a shower cap, it's all for cosmetics. . .

There was still very little animation for us, the animator guys were not visible, they live their own lives. We wanted to go to a disco, because in the hotel you will be danced by a team of 3 dances, bow and say goodbye. This is actually the whole animation.
In general, if you don’t get hung up on the whole, then you can have a good rest. We are positive people, therefore, all the minuses did not particularly upset us.
