The hotel is new. Opened this year. There are no questions about the interior - everything is new and beautiful. of the minuses near the hotel is construction and an abandoned hotel. She doesn't interfere but still. For the rest there are no complaints. Nearby there is a cafe and a market and shops and a pharmacy.
The hotel area is compact. There is no feeling of pressure or lack of space. Two large pools, one for children and another with slides. there is an indoor spa center. The water in the pools, as for me, was icy, the Germans did not. and they and the children did not climb out of there. I liked the spa. Prices for massages, peelings, etc. European.
BEACH. Small, clean. We were in October, the hotel was not 100% full, so there were enough places for everyone. In the morning the beach is clean, the sand is sifted, etc. Toward evening - cigarette butts, papers, food, etc. here the claim is not to the hotel, but to the citizens having a rest. The bar on the beach is good, you can also have lunch right there without returning to the hotel. There is also a gorgeous fat cat. Complete nonsense. There were no algae in the sea, and there were no strong waves either. Everyone bathed very well. The river was almost dry, there was no smell from it. Most likely because there was no particular heat. The hotel employees said that they were going to somehow solve the problem of this river next year, but I didn’t listen to what exactly the plan was)))
ROOM. Excellent new, bright, beautiful room. All equipment is working. There were no complaints about cleaning or filling the mini bar. We found 5 Russian channels on TV, 10 German, Turkish, English and 20 Ukrainian. The bathroom has everything you need and more. We had a view of the sea and pools. In the evening, the animation with the door open is audible well, with the door closed it is almost inaudible. upon arrival received a bottle of wine, fruit and nuts. Water and tea set replenished daily. we didn’t drink the rest (there are also packaged juices and soda in the mini bar). Cleaning was every day. Cleaned up well. We walked barefoot and I can say for sure that the floors were clean. The hotel also provides bathrobes and slippers. Towels were changed every day. Once the cleaning lady came when we were in the room - she had a nice chat with us in German and left. Then she waited until we left and started cleaning. By the way, if you take my previous experience of relaxing in Turkish hotels - I found myself in a similar situation, and so the cleaners never returned later in other places. But this is by the way.
NUTRITION. In all bars of the hotel you can order any kind of drinks, including alcoholic drinks, as well as seeds, nuts, fruits. You can take water and ayran yourself in refrigerators. Breakfast is the best food in this hotel in my opinion. A chic selection of cheeses, eggs, omelettes for every taste, bread, pastries, fruits, vegetables, herbs - it's full. Also, cereals, cereals, jams, honey, even honey was in the combs, I had not seen this before. tea, coffee from vending machines, juices. Turkish coffee is not made in the restaurant, you need to go to the lobby (for fans).
From what upset - I did not find freshly squeezed juice. still 5 stars. I hope they take it into account in the future. lunch and dinner are almost the same. For dinner, fish and barbecue meat are served in addition, cooked by the pool. I read reviews here that the soups are bad. Nonsense is complete. Perhaps, of course, someone expected to see cabbage soup, borscht, kharcho, etc. in a Turkish hotel, then I understand the disappointment. soups are excellent - 1-2 types for lunch and dinner. Soups-puree. From what I remember there were tomato with cheese, pumpkin, vegetable and local with lentils. Lots of fish and meat. As well as vegetables, fruits and sweets. There is pizza, they make sushi for dinner. From side dishes potatoes (fries, mashed potatoes, baked, boiled diet), rice, pilaf. eat boiled vegetables. The availability of dishes is monitored, as soon as something ends, they immediately take out a new one. drinks can be ordered from the waiters, although you can take it yourself. The table is cleared quickly, the staff is friendly.
ANIMATION. Aimed at the German public, although the animators speak Turkish, English and Russian. On children's animation, children specify the "country of production". I've only seen the animation in English-German once. The rest of the time only in German. Russian children, if they were in the hotel, did not participate in the animation. During the adult animation, we preferred to sit in the lobby bar, we were by the pool only once. There was a Miss Hotel contest, in German, of course. I got the impression that the animators themselves participated in it, because no matter how many times I looked at the stage, the contestants sat motionless on chairs, and the animators jumped, sang, danced, etc. When there are young people in the hotel, the animators offer trips to the disco.
At the time of our stay at the hotel, almost all tourists were Germans. We met a Russian couple and it turned out that they had been living in Germany for quite a long time. There were no Russian-speaking youth at all (a young couple who were always sleeping by the pool is all we found) as well as young people in general. Mostly elderly Germans and families with children. maybe it was different in the summer.
I did not notice any biased attitude towards myself from the side of the staff, although many here complain about this. I didn't mind when the waiters spoke to me in German, smiling sweetly and that's all. when they asked where they came from and heard that they were from Ukraine, they switched to Russian or English. There were no conflicts with anyone.
Output. Liked the hotel. Quiet, calm and comfortable. There are no claims.
The reviews were mostly good. There were also not quite satisfied tourists. Of course, we thought about it, but decided that to each his own. For some, the food is not the same, for some the tap is flowing...
We decided to fly.
The settlement went quickly. We visited (we are 2 + 1) together with a family of 2 adults and one child.
We printed out a certificate before the trip that we would leave a review on Top hotols. Most likely we got a room with a balcony overlooking the pool, our comrades got a room with a balcony at a neighboring hotel 15-20 meters away.
Then they changed it to a room with a balcony on the same pool, but in the distance you can see the sea. It cost $60. The view is good.
Next, they wanted to take Wi-Fi (for the first time I encounter paid Wi-Fi), I waited for 10 minutes for a Russian-speaking girl to explain to me the principle of Wi-Fi. She ran from one tourist to another, she completely forgot about me. Until I began to resent, she never came up. As a result, a friend bought access to Wi-Fi, but could not call the viber. The second device also does not connect, it also does not work on the beach. As a result, I asked the representative of the tour operator to buy a SIM card in the city (it is cheaper there), he brought it without any problems the next day.
FOOD
Not a lot of food, but the food is delicious. Food is served differently. one day you impose yourself, the second day the waiters impose. They impose sparingly, reluctantly!

The tea glass was so dirty that we decided to ask the restaurant manager the reason, to which he made a surprised face and muttered that he would figure it out. He didn't offer any apologies or regrets.
Receptionist
Real brake people work! Probably only one person knows the Russian language. this is the girl I tried to find out about Wi-Fi (wrote above).
in the evening it was necessary to dial into the room, went to the reception and picked up the phone. A guy ran up to me and began to say something. He did not understand Russian. In broken English, he said that I would return the phone to its place. when asked why, because I want to dial my number, he began to raise his voice and emotionally chatter something.
Swimming pool
There are four of them. generally not bad. There is nothing to say, neither good nor bad.
The only moment, if you want to lie down on a sunbed, then you need to come at 6 o'clock and throw a towel. and at 6 in the morning there are practically no free sunbeds. Moreover, 40-60 percent of sun loungers remain without the owners of towels lying on them. I haven't seen this yet. )
Beach
It is located 5 minutes from the hotel. You can get there by electric car for 6-8 people, but as a rule it costs to be charged. or get on your own. As soon as you enter from the territory of the hotel, you find yourself on a ruined road, on the sides of which there are thickets and rubbish all around!
You need to go along the river and over the bridge. Here you can watch turtles and fish. Beauty... would be, if not for the overgrown shores.
The beach is sandy, divided into narrow strips for various hotels. The beds are normal. The beach is clean.
For lunch, you can have a snack with french fries, pickled cucumbers, nuggets, pasta with pasta, sausages in tomato sauce. apples and some other fruits.
There were always enough beds.
On the second day, we were caught in rain and hurricane winds. Demolished refrigerators standing in a bar on the beach. Well, in general, everything worked out. The hotel management didn't care about the tourists. Neighboring hotels sent electric cars for their tourists, Casteval didn't care! Upon returning to the hotel, we saw a huge satellite dish lying in front of the pool. She was blown off the roof. But no one was hurt. This same plate was then thrown out at the exit of the hotel (photo attached). The pools were filled with mud, it took a couple of days to clean them up.
The second trouble, 4 out of 6 (two children and one adult) were poisoned by rotovirus. One person was taken to the hospital. When the doctor found out from which hotel, he said that it was a bad hotel. He asked, "why didn't you choose another one, there are a lot of good ones here"?
Third trouble.
We met a couple from St. Petersburg. The guy went to the toilet, but after the flood he was flooded. a hotel employee passed by (as it turned out to be an animator), a guy from St. Petersburg asked him a question, why don’t they clean up the consequences? The animator said that it was not in his competence. I don’t know what kind of conversation there was between them, but the guy was hit and there was a bruise under his eye. After the proceedings, the animator was suspended (possibly fired), Pitersky had an MRI at the expense of the hotel, and they also gave goodies in the form of a free, one-time SPA + dinner in a restaurant.
Fourth trouble.
The air conditioner stopped working. Of the functions was only "blowing" and "heating" He called the technician. a man came, looked at the remote control, dialed someone and said that he would be back in five minutes. I googled and found information that the problem is central air conditioning. We were very tired and therefore fell asleep. At 4 o'clock in the morning, we woke up because of stuffiness. I decided to go to the reception, ask to fix the problem, or allocate another room until the morning.
At the reception, they said that you can only do it in the morning. Didn't want to give a number. but separated.
The next evening was overshadowed by the same problem, but the problem was solved in just half an hour, remotely.
It was the same one more time. But everything was done quickly.
In recent days, a large number of Russian tourists have arrived. There are also many tourists from Ukraine. Less Turks. Not clingy.

Attitude is HORRIBLE!! ! At the reception I wanted to get information when the transfer home, they told me "wait 5 minutes", although I had already waited 15, so no one came up. The staff does not understand Russian at all. As for me, a hotel with 5 stars should understand at least a little the language of the host guests.
