1. Star rating of the hotel: our tour operators sell IT as 4 stars (TEZ TOUR in our case). After talking with the Germans, we found out that THIS is sold to them as 3 stars and much cheaper. Russians, as always, are second-rate, and they will do just fine.
2. Receiving guests, reception: either does not work (and most likely turned off in order to save money, the air conditioner at the reception was never turned on for 7 days). Arrived at 12:00, gave the keys immediately. Room on the 4th floor, building 2.
3. Room: shabby, dirty, stuffy room. The air conditioning in the room did not work, we waited for them to come and fix it. For about an hour they were drenched in sweat and "cooked alive" (it turns out there is a button under the hood of the air conditioner - why they turned it off, I don't know, maybe to cut a pretty penny on Russian tourists? ). The refrigerator almost does not cool anything (although I set the regulator to everything), but only heats the bedside table. TV set of the 90s, no Russian channels.
Then we went to pay for the safe, but it also did not work. Two technicians came and twisted and turned, in general they put us another safe. Well, everything seems to be possible to rest, but two days later we discovered that 200 dollars had magically disappeared from our closed safe, from my wife's wallet !! ! We put the wallet on arrival and did not take it anywhere before the theft. We left 100 dollars in change and passports, thanks for that too!
