After renovation with new furniture. The room is 45 sq. m long wide balcony for both rooms. Each room has a separate air conditioner. One of the doors to the balcony did not close - I had to repair it myself.
I did not like that due to the excessively large size of the sink in the bathroom, it was inconvenient to sit on the toilet. The bathroom has a hairdryer.
In the kitchen: electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, el. kettle without a removable stand (uncomfortable). The room is designed for 4 people. (there are two large sofas in the kitchen room) but there were only dishes and cups for two, there was also 1 stainless steel frying pan and one 4-liter pan.
There is a 42” TV with Turkish channels and one in English - BBC News. He was sometimes watched.
There is a safe in the room for a fee - 2 euros / day. Wi-Fi is also paid - from 2 to 3 euros per day, depending on how long you buy it.
Shortly after arrival, there was an accident in the power grid, and the Wi-Fi router failed. To the credit of the hotel, the money for Wi-Fi was returned to us.
Cleaning the room is very long - about 20-25 minutes. and during the day. We were forced to sit on the balcony at this time. So we asked her not to do it every day.
We were traveling to Side via Chisinau and were supposed to fly to Antalya on the morning of 11.06. 23. However, the flight was delayed, and we spent 23 hours at the airport. Upon arrival in Antalya, it turned out that there were no transfer buses, they offered everyone to get to their hotels by taxi at their own expense. To Side it is 65 euros. We stood outside the airport building for more than 2 hours waiting for the transfer. Because of this, the meeting with the guide did not take place - we never saw him.
We were supposed to fly back on 23.06. 23, but the flight was postponed to 22.06. 23 and we found out about it by accidentally going to the reception in the morning. The hotel employee went to the Summer tour website and found out about the transfer time to the airport by the number of our voucher. No one else notified us about the transfer of the flight a day earlier. As a result, instead of 12 nights at sea, we spent only 10 nights.
The shops.
Near the hotel in 4-8 minutes walk there are 4 supermarkets with mismatched sets of products. The best selection (but no alcohol) including meat and fish was at A-101, the furthest of us. In general, products in Side are inexpensive, and some, such as juice in packages, bread, cottage cheese, milk, and some others, are noticeably cheaper than in Kyiv.
Alcohol in Turkey is expensive. But in the Corner market (6 min walk from the hotel) there were three types of Akdeniz incise wine at a price of 75 lire / 0.75 l. Red is even nothing. The wine, of course, is not great, but still it is not 180-200 lira for a bottle of 0.75 liters as in other supermarkets.
We bought Izmir Rakia in the Czardas supermarket closest to the hotel for 299 lira / 0.5l.
If you walk about 17 min. in the center of the village (not far from the round square with a large flag) you can find Carrefour and Migros Jet supermarkets located opposite each other with a much wider selection of goods than in shops near the hotel. There you can also exchange currency for lira in an exchanger with yellow doors - they don’t change currency in banks (go from Migros Jet, which is opposite Carrefour, towards the big flag). But at the hotel at the reception, the currency is changed at a more favorable rate.
Beach.
There is a bus to the beach, but its first flight at 10-00 is late. The beach is called Irem Beach Club and its vertical flags can be seen from afar. Therefore, we went there on foot (10-12 min. ) along a fairly wide (4-5 m) and not at all dusty path. It starts right behind the nearest pedestrian crossing, located on the highway running along the coast.
The beach is wide with about 100 sunbeds. There is quite a distance between the umbrellas.
During our stay, unlike neighboring beaches, it was poorly filled - we could always find seats in the 1st row. The beach is sandy with a small strip of broken shell rock. The increase in depth is very smooth - you can already swim 5-6 m from the shore, and after sailing 35-40 m from the shore you can go to the bottom.
Weather.
12.06 at night and 14.06 in the evening it was raining. From 13.06 to 16.06 the water in the morning was about 20 degrees. With and swim was not comfortable. But by evening the water warmed up. Then the water warmed up to 26-27 degrees. With and it was possible to swim for a long time. There was a storm for 3 days - you could jump in the waves.
Hotel staff.
Very friendly. Fulfilled all our wishes up to the fact that they replaced the safe in the room with a serviceable one. There is an employee at the reception who speaks good English.
Among the shortcomings can be noted power outages for 2 days. The presence of mosquitoes due to the fact that there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom and the net was not installed instead.

For food, they stood in line to get a portion of the cheapest semi-finished products that it was impossible to eat at all. For dinner, they gave only chicken, which was handed out in portions by the cook without gloves, as he threw one to the dogs one, maximum two pieces on a plate. Apparently after that the tour operator told us WHAT ELSE YOU WANT, YOU HAVE EVERYTHING. A mini bar about which the tour operator also wrote to us that it is there, it is not there, they run to the store for a bottle, and so every time you ask for a drink.
About the beach that does not exist, when we went to the sea and asked the representatives of the hotel where our beach was, they showed us the way and said the sign would say Dolphin, we are inclined to believe that the hotel was CALLED DOLPHIN last year, even if there are no signs with the corresponding name.
About the water slides is a different story, during the check-in the pool was empty, they began to fill it at night, at the moment it is filled with BLACK water, photo below.
About the tour operator separately TEZ TUR Quote: You are fed, you have a pool, WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED??? ? Problems are not solved at all. The hotel is empty, we are 5 people with a child, when booking information that the hotel is just opening and will not be inhabited, the TOUR OPERATOR did not provide, although it refers to this that we should have been warned. We waited for confirmation for three days, during which time no one reported anything to the travel agency. They refuse to relocate to an open similar one with slides, children's animation, food and an evening program for guests without additional payment. We are currently at the hotel, there is nothing that is stated on the hotel website: there is no beach of our own, there is no animation, the kids club is not working, the restaurant is not working, the mini buffet on the street is to the delight of the birds that shit on the food kindly provided by the hotel: pasta , meat, potatoes, fish are absent, mainly salads that the child does not eat. On the day of arrival, they could not eat and drink normally, you need to beg for everything, in the morning they fed something like a salad, in the afternoon they gave FIVE LIVERS, according to the number of people who settled in the hotel, t. to. they began to write complaints and try to somehow influence this situation in the evening for dinner, they brought us a bunch of dishes, and they began to shoot us for a report to the tour operator. Apparently after that the tour operator told us WHAT ELSE YOU WANT, YOU HAVE EVERYTHING. A mini bar about which the tour operator also wrote to us that it is there, it is not there, they run to the store for a bottle, and so every time you ask for a drink.
About the beach that does not exist, when we went to the sea and asked the representatives of the hotel where our beach was, they showed us the way and said the sign would say Dolphin, we are inclined to believe that the hotel was CALLED DOLPHIN last year, even if there are no signs with the corresponding name.
