Only one dish was given from hot for lunch or dinner: if it was fish, then it was simply impossible to look at it without a gag reflex, if it was chicken, then in order to snatch a piece, you need to stand in line of 20-30 people. For french fries - also a queue of 15-20 people. Of the eight identical salads, after half an hour, leftovers remain at the bottom, which are mixed into three plates and set as new !!! ! We didn’t see fruit at all - only a watermelon, which scattered in 10 minutes, and the next tray - in 20 minutes.
2. SERVICE. Russian-speaking Julia meets at the Reception. This is the owner's wife. The girl, apparently, simply does not understand that she is accepting hotel customers - she constantly snaps and behaves simply not with dignity !! ! A family with a 1.5-year-old child who needed boiling water to prepare the mixture rested with us. A local Turk, right in front of us, poured a little warm water from the cooler into the kettle and tried to prove that it was boiling water! Water is poured into the cooler directly from the tap!!!!! ! On the third day of our stay, three young girls moved into the hotel, who had only two beds in a room for three. We just happened to be at the Reception and, hearing this, laughed: “This is still nonsense - you will share one more piece of chicken for three !!! ”
3. NUMBER. The lamp was broken in the room, the air conditioner did not work - I asked to be moved to another room, to which I received a corresponding reaction from Yulia. True, then an electrician came, a very cool Turk, who quickly eliminated everything for a glass of Russian vodka. At first they cleaned the room every day, but then they said that the maids quit (we understood that the servants were running away from them), and the rest did not have time, so if you want the room to be cleaned, you need to take out Yulia's brain again! From the bath accessories near the washbasin at the bottom of the dispenser there is some kind of pink liquid, and near the shower there is also some kind of blue liquid at the bottom. I turned to the Reception with a request to provide shampoo, gel and lotion separately, as it should be in a four-star hotel - they brought me an incomprehensible white liquid..... IN A PLASTIC CUP!!!!!!
One day the room runs out of toilet paper. All requests go unanswered. Paper appeared in the room only when the Reception had to voice the phrase: “If in half an hour there is no paper in the room, towels and sheets will be used for their intended purpose !!! ” When the remote control fell behind the bed and we pushed the beds apart, it was a complete HORROR. I was then afraid to fall asleep - suddenly there are some cockroaches !!!!!!
4. DRINKS. From alcohol gin, raki, red wine, white wine and beer. There are no cocktails to speak of. Ice was seen only 2 times (and this is in the heat of 45 degrees !!! ). Gin ran out 3 times, beer ran out 5 times. From non-alcoholic drinks - cola, sprite, fanta of local production (almost all without taste). The juice machine that gave the diluted "Yuppie" burned down and did not work for 4 days !!!!
5. BEACH. The distance from the hotel is about 300 m, although this piece is very difficult to call a beach: six rows of sunbeds and that's it (50 m wide), and then they are already kicked out. Therefore, in order to take a place, the grannies started hunting for sunbeds at 6 in the morning. At 9 am there was no place left!!! ! We heard a conversation that almost the entire territory of the beach near the hotel was taken for debts!!!
6. COMMUNICATION. There is no phone connection at all! Even for money, if you need to make an emergency call to Russia, they won't let you. The internet is just terrible. During the day it is not there at all, and at night you can only catch it at Reception. And they all have one excuse - TECHNICAL PROBLEMS!!!!!
7. GENERAL IMPRESSION. What can I say - the hotel is dying. There is no territory of its own (the pool and sunbeds around it are everything!!! ). There is no entertainment. Animation every day is the same and very bad. The hotel positions itself as 4 stars, but in reality it is far from 3.

It takes 2 hours to get to the hotel from the airport.
