I want to leave my review. We arrived at the Color West 5 * hotel on June 3.2013. Today is June 4.2013, the mood is spoiled by both the hotel and the staff. The hotel is being built in 2013 (not to be confused with the Color West 4 * hotel), the hotel has not been completely commissioned. We had to wait 2.5 hours for check-in, although the Germans arrived after us and settled them immediately. As for the beach, it’s just DISGUSTING, you don’t know how to get to Sea - pebbles (5cm) + cobblestones (10-14cm), everything is mixed with sand (the hotel was declared a completely sandy beach). The reception does not speak Russian, you don’t know how to talk about the problem.
About food. Restaurant "A la carte" as stated, no, no ice cream, no pool bar either, which is not enough, NO.
At the reception I asked for an iron, they said no, they offered to collect all my things and give them for ironing with an industrial iron, and the prices are "not frail", for ironing a blouse - 3 euros, shorts 2 euros, dresses 3 euros, etc. Think before you go here. . .
