I don't even know where to start. . . Just recently returned from this hotel. Two rested. To be honest, this is the first time I am writing a review about a hotel, because before that I had a rest in many hotels and didn’t pay much attention to minor minuses, but just enjoyed my vacation. In general, let's start in order, so to speak, I will try not to be verbose, but everything is brief and to the point "describe the picture. "
1. Most of the staff are not very friendly.
2. Room cleaning is poor.
3. At the reception, the staff is not responsive and a little toxic when asked to collect lunch boxes, stood in a pose that it was necessary to arrive 5 minutes earlier, the time had already come so to speak.
4. The pools are unheated and icy, but it didn’t really matter to us, since we tried to spend all the time at sea.
5. The food is of the same type, maybe because they flew at the end of the season, so there was not much variety.

6. The a la carte restaurant, which you can visit 1 time per vacation for free, was not impressed at all, roughly speaking, they will serve what is in the main restaurant, and the waiter there, like a ghost, walks alone and with a sour mine on his face, as if doing favors.
7. There is no music or bar on the beach, the bar is 100+ meters from the beach.
8. Animation in the hotel was "searched" until the last day of stay at the hotel, but unfortunately they were not found.
But of course there are some positives in this hotel.
In general, for the hotel for your money, you can say 5/10.
