Good afternoon everyone! We visited this hotel at the end of June 2018. Immediately, what caught my eye is a very small territory of the hotel. There are no places for walking with children (except for a small playground). The hotel consists of 4 buildings, we were accommodated in 4, on the 2nd floor. The room is spacious, the furniture is new. There was no ventilation in the bathroom, all the condensation on the walls dripped onto the floor, forming a puddle that never dried. The hotel guide said that this is the problem of rooms in building 4, which they can’t (or don’t want to) solve in any way. And most importantly, there was no balcony in the room. The windows of the room overlooked the corridor, in which there was twilight around the clock. Our number I called "bunker". For some reason, in the description of the hotel, there is no information about such "standard" rooms. Just as there is no inf. about the fact that to the sea, if you decide to go on foot, you will need to cross 2 roads, go uphill, go through not very (to put it mildly) picturesque area. A bus runs regularly to the beach, but the stroller (we were with a 1.5-year-old child) did not fit on the bus)).
Separately, I will dwell on the cleaning of the rooms: cleaning (smearing dirt) was carried out from 14 to 16 hours, just at the time when the "do not disturb" signs hang on the doors. For 9 days the bed linen was never changed. When the husband, at the reception, reported that there was no cleaning for 2 days, the cleaner caught me in the corridor and began to find out why we were complaining about him.
I consider myself a tourist with experience, I didn’t expect much from Turkey and this hotel, I didn’t start to make a fuss and understand (I didn’t see the point). The sea is wonderful, the beach is sand, convenient entry into the sea - all this does not relate to the merits of the hotel in which we were.
It was the first time in a hotel of such a plan, and there can be no question of returning!
