I was there four years ago - I really liked it! The only hotel that still sends me New Year's greetings. We don’t go there solely because we’ve been taking a child lately, and there the beach is outside the territory and it’s inconvenient with children if they are at such an age that they need either a beach or a pool (boring in one place). Go to the beach min. 5, which is not annoying at all (imagine that you are in a hotel with a large territory), besides, you can cut past the lake or walk along the promenade, which stretches to the sea from afar, and along it people from their hotels go to to their beaches. Our hotel is the closest, very green, and therefore is located in the depths, and not on the coastline. Of course, right there on the promenade there are a lot of shops on both sides, so you don’t need to go anywhere at all. As for excursions, this is the case when you can trust the locals, for example, on the way to the beach there is Baba-Tur, where everyone buys excursions.
Yacht pier is literally not far from the beach. I think if you read the reviews on the hotel websites, then you will have a complete picture. I don’t know about the repair, the rooms were all normal and the level of food is quite decent. If the beach was in the hotel, then I think the price for it would be higher

It is located in the village of Titriyengol, next to the lake of the same name. To Side (historical part) go by minibus about 20 minutes.
Near the boulevard with shops, etc. There are also 2 agencies - the mentioned Baba-tour and another Pasha-tour. Prices for excursions may vary slightly, be sure to compare. You can bargain a little.
