We rested at the Majesty Club Palm Beach from June 23 to July 7.2011. We were two adults and a daughter of 10 years old. Our operator Pegas-touristik.
We arrived very early at 7 in the morning according to their time, they met us, put us in and took us for a very long time, but in the end they took us. At the reception, we handed over all the documents and we were told to walk until 14:00. We were ready for this, changed clothes, handed over things, went to have breakfast and sent the child to the pool. If someone writes that foreigners are unfairly accommodated earlier, do not believe me, I personally saw both Germans and Poles who sat quietly and waited, by the way, without being indignant! (and Russians often start to make a fuss, although the announcement is in Russian especially for them, but not in other languages). At first we were not settled in the building that we wanted (19, the farthest from the sea + mosquitoes and muezzin at 6 in the morning), but I came up and asked (with a smile) to be changed to 9 or 10, the next day we did everything. Building 10 is the closest to the sea and to the active pool, although a bit noisy, but we were so tired that we didn't care.
The territory is very large, beautiful, well-groomed, under the trees, as in the Latin names in the botanical garden. They feed and water all the time, there is no time when it cannot be done somewhere. Only in restaurants sign up in advance, otherwise the queue can be for several days. The staff is just wonderful, they always say hello and smile, I have never seen someone neglect Russians compared to foreigners. I really liked the massage in the SPA, masseur Ibrahim. Descent into the sea is really very so-so, if you know how to swim, it is better to swim from the pier.

Now about excursions! If you don't feel sorry for your money, then ride with Pegasus, but it is 2.5 times more expensive, there are excursions not all days and it's messy! We went with them to the Troy water park, the guide did not explain well where everything was, and because of this we lost a lot of time and did not really have time to ride (it took 4.5 hours to go to the dolphin show (1.5 hours), in an aquarium with sharks, eat and change clothes 2 times, and there are only 3 changing cabins). To be honest, the water park is so-so, there are very few places, a flea market and queues.
With rafting in general, the song, the instructor Alexander the Great is some unique type, but this must be seen. Even my daughter liked rafting more than the water park!
In general, do not pay attention to the intimidation of Pegasus, they need to sell their tours, you can safely contact this agency. We were very satisfied with our stay, only a little (((!
