1. Food - children have nothing to eat except French fries. Of the 6 of us, two were poisoned. What you didn’t eat for breakfast will be provided for lunch, and the same goes for lunch. The burger patties are fried on a grill outside, then they lie in the sun and then they are cooked for dinner in sauce.
2. Animation - they can exercise once for 10 minutes and the time will not be announced in advance, just when the staff decides it’s time. The children's room was open only once in 8 days. In the evening there was sometimes a show, but there was also no schedule for whether something would be or not. You need to be on duty near the theater so as not to miss 30 minutes of entertainment. But every evening they offer to go to a disco in the side. Where are the crazy prices on drinks?
3.
The rooms are dirty everywhere, the towels are dirty, stained, had holes and it’s not clear whether they were taken from another room and put on you, or they simply weren’t washed. The bed is not changed. Cleaning was done 3 times in 8 days. They cleaned it once and left the room open.
4. The beach is clean, the sea is gorgeous, the entrance to the sea is pebbly - this is the only plus.
The sunbeds are broken, there are not enough sunbeds for all.
Beach towels are not provided, they cost 3 dollars for 7 days, then the towel must be returned.
2 swimming pools, a slide is turned on for 30 minutes a day. Public toilets near the swimming pools are never cleaned, dirt is everywhere.
5. Location - village. There is nowhere to go, just go to Manavgat, the cost is 50 liras.
6. Bar only next to the restaurant, where only beer, wine (not tasty) and diluted gin.
Half the beer is poured into a 0.3 glass, they said you can’t do more, so if you decide to drink beer on the beach, don’t rush back and forth.
7.
There is a cemetery nearby, there is a supermarket and a market with things, but the prices are much higher than in the city.
The hotel does not reach 4 at all. For now it's a maximum of 2. Not worth the money spent.
2. Rooms are clean and cleaned often.
2. The beach and the sea are clean.
2. Kitchen for 4+
3. The minus is the contingent of vacationers. These are mainly Russians who behave like savages and pigs.
Because basically they are resting there, and everything suits them) And we were led to the renovation (And it doesn’t exist and probably didn’t exist when it was a miracle of the hotel from the moment it was built (All those negative reviews of previous years are true! Nothing has changed! Everything so it is!! ! Don't be fooled! It's a barn! Better to say a boarding house somewhere on Azov
Were there from September 14-22.2021.
The sea nearby is a plus! And there’s really nowhere to go, but there’s also a cemetery nearby) Is it possible to go to the market for souvenirs. And that's it. There are 4 stars and does not smell. The rooms are dead, these terrible wallpapers are peeled off and the plaster falls off the walls along with the paint, the TV is a small box generally killed (cleaning is a dirty rag on the floor and not everywhere, I didn’t even look under the bed (towels for all 8 days were not changed, although we they said that every three days they change towels, no soap, no shampoo, nothing, take it with you) only the toilet paper was glad))
As for food - a couple of days in general sadness (there were potatoes and a lot of vegetables, not meat, not fish, but some incomprehensible kebabs or these are cutlets with an incomprehensible taste and that’s all, until they started complaining, nothing changed, but then the meat also went and fish and salads more choice. But there are always queues for hot drinks, especially for dinner, people take tables an hour in advance and sit waiting for the "canteen" to open, yes! because you can’t call it a restaurant! The plates are all beaten! lucky))
Bar one! Three buildings and a beach. Yes, there are three buildings, and not one, as some travel agencies write in their advertisements, one with a sea view, there are better repairs, and the other two are so-so ((the third one was unlucky with a view of the cemetery (But when we arrived they settled in the second building in the middle to the first floor, the most extreme room (no words can describe it (tin, tin and tin! There is mold there and paint from the walls, and the doors are beaten, and the water in the shower flows straight to the toilet and there was still no hot water, and these torn towels in a hole (((They moved only the next day and then for money, to the third floor) Wi-Fi is a holiday if you catch it) it’s not like that, very bad (
In general, this is not 4 stars! This is the usual 2 with a stretch and I don't understand how and when, and who gave them 4 stars? (It's a shame that tours are sold to this hotel by travel agencies and even they themselves have never been there and have not seen "IT" themselves, which they call a 4-star hotel.
When I chose the Hotel, it naturally played a big role that the Hotel has 4 stars, beautiful pictures, the first line of the sea, well, mostly good reviews, which is surprising.
The hotel is in a terrible state, old, dirty.
The rooms are mostly broken, the mattresses are terrible. . .
The dining room is small, of course you can eat outside there are also tables, but in the 37 degree heat you don’t really want to eat hot.
Bar one and only on the street, ie. first you need to find a table, this is also a problem, then queue for a drink.
How the Hotel got 4 stars is not clear.
There was no response to any of our complaints.
We were in this Hotel for 3 days, then contacted our Tour Operator, paid extra and changed to another Hotel, also 4 stars. Only real stars, not fake ones.
I think no self-respecting Tour Operator should work with this Nehotel in the future.
The food is terrible. Lines in the dining room.
There were not enough tables and sun loungers, we had to borrow in advance. Very small area. Definitely not up to 4 stars.
Well done animators, very funny guys, they speak Russian very well. By the way, 90% of vacationers are Russian speakers. There are no Germans, very few Turks. Mainly Ukraine, Moscow, Kazan. They feed very well. The choice is quite sufficient, varied. And most importantly - everything is really tasty, like at home. Without specific Turkish seasonings. Meat, fish, fruits - every day. You definitely won't leave hungry!!! ! The rooms are different, there are standard, there are family rooms. We have a standard. Small but has everything you need. Cleaning every other day, if you need more often, then just contact the reception and you will be cleaned. In connection with the pandemic, there are some nuances, but they do not affect the quality of rest at all. Before each meal, you will have your temperature taken at the entrance to the restaurant and you will be given a disposable mask. Further on the tables there are plates with examples of dishes, it is enough to indicate what you want and they will put it on you. Queues - yes, but personally we are not embarrassed to stand for 5 minutes. Legs won't fall off!
Well, as for the sea - it is wonderful. Walk 2 min. hotel on line 1. Clean, warm. The entrance is small pebbles, it is better to wear special slippers. But you can’t leave the kids unattended, after 3 meters from the shore it’s deep and there are often waves.
Summing up, I will say this: fellow vacationers, for the little money that you spend on a ticket to this hotel, you will get a fabulous sea, delicious food, warm Turkish sun and a beautiful bronze tan. If that's what you're looking for, then go here. And if in order to look for where plaster has fallen off on the wall or a stain on the tile, then it’s better not to. Only in intensive care is perfect cleanliness and order, incl. you're probably better off there.
On the second day, a guide from the "annex tour" gathered us to share information. she also advertised a tour of a trip to wonderful places (Moreover, all tours offer our guides twice as expensive) we, out of ignorance, took one tour, which we later of course regretted. it would be better to go to the bazaar and buy the same tour at half the price.
About food and cleanliness will not describe. because and so much is described in the reviews. I want to describe the safety of the hotel. so no security. there is no protection. cameras that seem to be installed everywhere. do not write. from all installed cameras. only eight are shown in real time. and then only the receptionist himself. I am writing this because. that the money was gone, the roofing felts of the room, the roofing felts fell out on the territory of the restaurant . . for two days they knocked on the thresholds of the reception several times with a request to show the surveillance cameras. but they did not achieve it until the gendarmes were called. and together with them they wanted to watch a video of the territory. There is no fence at the back of the hotel. although why do they need fences if the hotel is not guarded at all. hotel administration in particular two workers. one tall Turk, another Azerbaijani with him, in general, behave boorishly with clients without hesitation, asking for money for an accelerated check-in and good rooms. In general, the rest was spoiled by nerves too.
The hotel is located on the first line, surrounded on both sides by beautiful 5 * hotels (by the way, Avalon appropriates some of the photos of these hotels) and a cemetery... moreover, it is located right at the entrance to the hotel. Avalon has no stars at all!! ! the fact that this hotel is being sold to you as 4 * does not attribute these stars to it)))
We arrived around 9 am. immediately put on bracelets and sent to breakfast. $10 and we were seated immediately. furniture in the room is ok. (considering that we did not come to sit in the room and treat people not whimsical) the bathroom is from the 80s. everything would be fine... but !! ! food, namely it spoils absolutely everything. Or rather, lack of food. I don't have my own kitchen. imported food. the number of places in this tavern is not enough for everyone, as well as food! people stand before the canteen opens 20 minutes, the door opens and HELL begins! And, believe me, I'm not exaggerating. if you come a little later, you will be hungry. 8 months have passed, and children at the word chicken nuggets are shivering))
So on the 2nd day we came to the conclusion that we need to take excursions for the whole day. and the children have fun, and lunch is good there)) So the excursions made our vacation quite good)
I do not recommend the hotel to anyone.
