Hotel "Crystal".
I checked into the hotel on April 30.2024 and am still here. I came for a 2-week course in psychology.
Before I could check in, my room was robbed. All the cash, including rubles, was taken from the locked room, from the locked SAFE in the room. Thank you for leaving your passport. Can you imagine the level of theft when they steal from your room, and even break into the safe? This could just be a heinous crime if it weren't for the system. At the same time, another number of students in our training was robbed. And these are only the cases that I know about; it is quite possible that there were other cases. Before this incident, the hotel had practically no security (only girls at the entrance to the hotel), no video surveillance.
When I contacted the hotel representatives, I was told that they were not responsible for my safety and the safety of my belongings.

I contacted the gendarmerie, but they told me that they would not look for anyone (this is a problem for me and the hotel), but they accepted the application. If we talk about the hotel stay itself, the hotel is tolerably normal. But there is mold and spiders in the corners. The service at the hotel is also poor. During the 2 weeks of my stay, they never brought me bathrobes, although I said so (but didn’t throw a tantrum about it). I had to bring water to the room myself, and I also had to get coffee and tea myself. One day, I was left without even towels.
The food is average. You don’t go hungry, but without variety and, moreover, without any hint of exclusivity and sophistication.
I have been coming to Turkey since 1999 and this is the first time I had such a disgusting holiday. The choice of hotel did not depend on me, since I came for training. You can choose your own hotel.
“Crystal” - I don’t recommend it “at all” if you don’t want to completely ruin your impression of Turkey.
To date, the Crystal Hotel has not compensated me for the damage caused by the theft and even none of the representatives of the Crystal Hotel have apologized for such a disgusting incident at their hotel. This could happen to anyone at the Crystal Palace Hotel.
