I would not recommend you to make a general impression of Anex, guided by individual cases in individual hotels. I was in Egypt a month ago from Anex. Several times I had to contact the representative - the door to the room stopped opening and the towels were not delivered. Everything was resolved in a matter of minutes. So I have no pretensions.
