Armas Bella Sun First about the good. The hotel is cozy, not big, everything is close. I liked the room, they cleaned it every day, changed both linen and towels. Now for the bad. The receptionist has a disgusting attitude towards people. Resting in a bar that is open until 2 am ....at about half past two in the morning we were given a limit on alcohol .....a little later, a bucket of water was poured on the heads of those sitting at the table from the 5th floor. Greetings to all! Family vacation in July. Chose this hotel based on location and reviews. We settled in very quickly. The hotel area is cozy and clean. The sea is nearby, two minutes walk. The food is top five, there is a variety and everything is quite tasty. But most importantly, you will not be bored in the hotel.

The son danced in the mini disco. And I really liked aqua aerobics, thanks to Max! and yoga!! ! Alex, thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. In your classes, I rested my soul and body with great benefit and pleasure! In general, the guys from morning to night with the guests, constantly hold some kind of games, dances, competitions. Everything is very fun and unobtrusive. You can participate, you can just watch. I really liked the dance show with Michael Jackson.

Of the benefits - renovated rooms, clear sea and a decent entry into the sea. Then the horror begins. The whole holiday is spent in the struggle for sun loungers and in endless lines for food. 50% of the guests are Turks who have been occupying deck chairs since the evening with all household items, and as a result, even at 7 am, 70% of the seats are occupied, although there is no one on the street. The staff does not want to work even for tips and starts doing everything only after scandals. With me, several families paid extra money and moved to another hotel. By the way, this can be done through the guide. We followed them. I hope this review will be useful for both hotel guests and management!

The hotel is a complete dump. Nobody cares that you are a tourist on vacation. The rooms are not cleaned, the towels were changed for 5 nights once and in the end one was full of holes. Stayed at the hotel for the second time. I liked it very much! Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, very tasty and varied food! Cleaning every day. Thanks to the chefs of this hotel - Very tasty food! It takes 5 minutes to get to the sea (200 meters), the beach is sand (which is very good for children, there is something to do) the child built castles in between swimming in the sea.

It takes 5 minutes to get to the sea (200 meters), the beach is sand (which is very good for children, there is something to do) the child built castles in between swimming in the sea. On the beach there is a bar where you can have lunch on the spot. Near the hotel there are beautiful places, for example, the ancient city. Beautiful embankment. I recommend to everyone! I will definitely come back to this hotel next year!

Decent hotel, corresponding to 4 and the money paid. Anyone who writes negative reviews, apparently with increased demands. Yes, there are problems with cleaning, but not categorically. Good hotel for the price! After reading the reviews before the flight (from 07/03/18 to 07/13) I thought it was not much worse, but there was no time to change. We tuned in anyway for the positive, and then we flew in, we arrived at the hotel at 10 o'clock, settled in half an hour, and then only because they cleaned it, without additional payments and requests !!! ! Thanks to the lady at the front desk! The sea is excellent, there are stones in some places, but then you know and go around these places.

After reading the reviews before the flight (from 07/03/18 to 07/13) I thought it was not much worse, but there was no time to change. We tuned in anyway for the positive, and then we flew in, we arrived at the hotel at 10 o'clock, settled in half an hour, and then only because they cleaned it, without additional payments and requests !!! ! Thanks to the lady at the front desk! The sea is excellent, there are stones in some places, but then you know and go around these places. Food, fruits, I won’t even dwell on this, everyone will find something to eat. Animation will not let you get bored, kids club Well done!! ! For the first time something new, the children tell poems, draw, receive my medals, they were very pleased (twins, 6 years old).
The room is good for 3 adults and 2 children, clean in the second building, the air conditioner broke down, they made an application, they submitted the truth the second time, the first master didn’t manage it somehow, they said they would send another, everything worked. In general, we are satisfied with the rest. Remember, everything depends on ourselves and on our attitude towards people, be kinder and the rest will be excellent, sometimes it was a shame for ours.
