Basically, the contingent is German and Russian tourists, but the majority of Germans. So, here's about smoking: they smoke on the terrace near the main restaurant, near the pool, and of course, on the balconies of the rooms. It seems that you came to relax with your child, breathe in the sea air, but in the end you breathe cigarette smoke. The main restaurant has a non-smoking area, but through the open doors, of course, everything pulls inward. With a child, they were constantly looking for a place to sit, so that it would be both beautiful and you could breathe normally. The most beautiful area on the terrace is always occupied by smokers.
Food is standard for Turkey. For a 4-year-old child, the choice is small, especially if you are used to homemade food: fresh, tasteless cereals for breakfast, chemical sausages, french fries, mashed potatoes, rice, unsalted spaghetti and stewed beef. The rest of the dishes are full of spices. There were vegetables, fruits, a lot of pastries for breakfast (quite tasty), desserts.
From the beach - 3-5 minutes at a slow pace. The sea is warm, the entrance is gentle, sand. Near the shore, because of the waves, the water becomes dirty.
Of the pluses, I can note the work of the staff at the reception and in the restaurant. They helped us promptly (changed the room, rented a car).
In general, I do not recommend this hotel if you are traveling with small children, and also if you have high expectations for 5 star hotels. It's not a 5, of course. Mediocre 4k at best.
Service for 3 stars, for Russians it reaches 2 *. Russian tourists are ignored (all the pleasures for the Germans, most of whom come from Russia, but rarely switch to Russian, apparently ashamed of their roots).
There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms, there are few places in the common recreation area, you need to score early.
They don't know how to make cocktails, even in the middle 4 they do much better. For drinks, you need to queue at the bar, the waitress brings drinks to the Germans, sends Russians to the queue at the bar. Near the pool, plastic is always poured into mini glasses, but priority is given to Russians, Germans and more poured into glass and decorated, Russians are treated as second-class. In the restaurant for several days the waitress did not come up and did not offer drinks, neither for lunch nor for dinner. In Russian, the staff almost does not speak, this overlaps. Near the pool, the Germans from 6 o'clock take places with their towels. Animation at all no, animators are lazy, worse than guests.
Food for 4, grilled fish is delicious every day and everything else is imposed on a branch, you constantly ask for another leaf of lettuce, as if in debt.
For 10 days there were shrimp, the queue for them took 10 minutes, as a result, rare muck, frozen and boiled, do not listen to more than two. Locally produced drinks are terrible, but again, they don’t know how to make and decorate cocktails even in the main hall.
Forever Adalia will be crossed out from the list of hotels where you should bring your mood and vacation!
