Anyone who wants to visit this hotel should pay attention to the fact that theft is rampant here!! ! And I don’t know about the theft of personal belongings, but hotel towels are stolen. More specifically, on 08/05/2010, my wife and I exchanged 3 towels for cards in the morning (the appearance of the towels is tattered by time, washing and tourists, and in some places even with small holes, in general, far from presentable !! ). Having settled down near the pool (10 meters from the building, on the guarded internal territory of the hotel), we went to swim in the pool. Throughout the day, we constantly shuttled between the sunbeds and the pool (the maximum distance from the sunbeds was not more than 2-6 meters). Once again, returning from taking water procedures, we found that a towel had disappeared from one of “our” sunbeds! We immediately turned to the receptionist on duty, telling her about our problem (to our surprise, at the same moment another Russian family with the same problem was already waiting for the administrator). For reference - in case of loss (! ) of the towel, the guest must pay a fine of 20 US dollars. The administrator reacted to our complaints, but somehow sluggishly and without much desire to help us, however, like the representative of TEZ-TOUR (thanks to this company, we were in Turkey for the first time and at that moment their representative named Olga happened to be nearby). We were promised to look for our towels and notify us if they are found. On which they said goodbye to us and recommended that we go to the administrator tomorrow, while drawing attention to the fact that if they are not found, then a fine will have to be paid. As a result, as of 08/06/2010, towels were not found, and we are required to compensate for the loss of towels, namely, to pay a fine of 20 US dollars. We won't give up!
All who are going to this hotel, do not lose vigilance even with towels, not to mention more valuable things!!!!!!!!!

We arrived at the hotel at 11:00. in the morning, they immediately filled out a questionnaire, immediately put on bracelets, but they said that the room was not ready yet, we changed and went to the pool, then had lunch, and at 13.00 we were already in the room. we were given a room on the ground floor, overlooking the bushes, and a little bit from behind them you can see the royal dragon hotel, but free Wi-Fi is caught in the room (they also found out, it is also caught on the second floor, you just need to lie on the floor, take a closer to the entrance door), otherwise everyone is sitting in the internet in the lobby near the reception. ROOM - family, two rooms with TVs (show 2 Russian channels), in one room there are 2 separate beds, in the other - one double and one single, there is a mini bar (water, gas. water, juices (not tasty) in boxes), safe, hair dryer in the bathroom, air conditioning, balcony. linen was changed every day, towels too (tipped twice). RECEPTION - there are no comments on the work of the reception (except for a weakly working air conditioner), they always smile, ask how you are doing, whether everything suits you, the child had a birthday, they didn’t forget, they brought a present from the hotel (fruits, wine), a girl sits next to the reception , you can order a cake from her (15 euros), she also reserves a la carte restaurants, you can also find GUIDE TEZ TOUR in the lobby in the morning and evening. FOOD - I liked everything, the only negative - there were not enough fish WITHOUT BONES (very strange, and one more thing - but this is not for food but for SERVICE - there were never toothpicks on the tables, by the end of the rest we saw where they hide them !! ! and more, if you don’t arrive on time for lunch, dinner, then it’s problematic to find a table, and then you still have to wait for the forks and knives to be brought (once I went myself, opened the table, and took all the cutlery in the same place and there are toothpicks), the hotel is crowded, maybe at other times, when there are fewer people, they serve faster. Freshly squeezed juice - 1 euro. SPA-25 euros per person (namam + peeling + foam massage), beach towels were also changed there (sometimes came across shabby). Opposite the spa HAIRDRESSER - (pedicure - 35 Euro). POOLS-cleaned every day, but if you got up at 8, then alas, you won’t find free places under the awning, but you can find a person who will roll you additional sun loungers, umbrellas (cat mattresses are placed on the sun loungers under the slides), in the same place next to the toilet M and J. shower, dressing room are not far from the pool bar. In order to change the towels, you need to collect them in a pile on the floor: once they left them hanging on hooks, they remained hanging - they didn’t change them. Before leaving, the maid folded an arrangement with a flower on the bed. But at the same time she asked me to fill out a questionnaire about her work. We would have instructed her there "fives", but there was a feeling that they were trying to bribe us.
The bathroom had everything: a couple of bottles of shampoo, a couple of shower gel, a small bar of soap, cotton pads, toilet paper, a hair dryer worked.
The mini-bar in the room was replenished regularly: a couple of bottles of mineral water, a couple of plain water, a couple of juices.

But between our hotel and the “dragon” there is a sandy hill. But the sea is great. Not 100% "sea view", of course. But partial. The rooms on the opposite side of the hotel also overlooked the hotel - Sunis Evren Beach. But he was ten meters away. I can’t judge the view from those rooms - I didn’t see it.
There was a case: the son pressed the button on the handle of the bathroom door, went out and locked the door. They called the maid, she called the "technician". The local uncle Vasya came. This was the decisive factor in choosing this particular hotel.
When a good wave rose, turbidity and mud appeared in the form of algae near the shore. Was on another beach in Alanya (Cleopatra Beach). There are small pebbles. The water is blue even with good waves.

One evening they made an "after-dinner" promenade along the embankment, along the neighboring hotels. All hotels have children's discos at this time. So, from those that they passed by, the same melodies were pouring, to which the children in our hotel lit up. ))))

In order to change the towels, you need to collect them in a pile on the floor: once they left them hanging on hooks, they remained hanging - they didn’t change them. Before leaving, the maid folded an arrangement with a flower on the bed. But at the same time she asked me to fill out a questionnaire about her work. We would have instructed her there "fives", but there was a feeling that they were trying to bribe us.
