nature is beautiful here and there, in Fethiye if September-October is 1-2 degrees warmer
Oludeniz is great, so if Oludeniz is exactly what to overpay
аватар helena_fortuna
For Fethiye himself - definitely not worth it.
And for Oludeniz - yes.
But, the fact is that many hotels do not have their own beach.
City beach. Or the Blue Lagoon.
It's very beautiful there.
But, as for me, Oludeniz is not intended for ALL Inclusive.
There, it is much more pleasant to live in the mountains, in Hisaron. Above Oludeniz.
For example, in my favorite hotel Ocean Blue High Class Hotel
http://www.oceanbluehighclass.com
Or any other.
Take = breakfast plus dinner.
And for the whole day you leave for a sea excursion, or just to the beach, to the Blue Lagoon, or to the kidrak nature reserve
And in the evening, there are many interesting things.
Then, you will understand those who love Oludeniz.
аватар helena_fortuna
But, this does not mean that you will get to the beach yourself and come up with something.
Every morning a shuttle will pick you up and take you to the beach.
On each beach, there is a cafe where you can have lunch.
Well, or drink beer, eat ice cream.
In the evening the transfer will take you back.
*******************************************************
And if you want an excursion, then opposite the hotel there are many travel agencies that sell tours:
6 Skeletons
12 Islands
Paragliding
There are a lot of tours, and they are not expensive.
And yet - near your hotel, there will be a Chocolate Girl. Lady Marmalade Coffee Shop
There are so many delicious things!
аватар helena_fortuna
Well, if you really want ALL - you can buy a tour at Nicholas Park Hotel http://www.nicholasparkhotel.com
He's not expensive.
Also, in Hisaron.
And if so, you are afraid to live a few kilometers from the sea, then - meri hotel oludeniz
http://clubhotelmerifethiye.com
This one is right next to the Blue Lagoon.

thank you so much for your answer and suggestions :)
Nicholas Park Hote was considered as an option, the reviews seem to be good, but now we will consider other proposed options.
We have never been to HB in Turkey, but now we will consider this option, perhaps it is even more reasonable in this situation.
The only thing that confuses me is that at the height of the sun I don’t want to lie on the beach ((Can you tell me if there are any places in the shade or under large awnings?
аватар helena_fortuna
Garcia Resort & Spa 5*
http://www.garciahotels.com/tr/default.aspx
You will definitely like this one.
аватар Vika284
I_Lena take all, because where HB is at 3 * -4 * there will be extra costs just to drink water at the hotel and at breakfast and dinner, too, with HB only certain drinks are free of charge water, tea
see that the hotels do not stand on the mountain, so that you do not cut several kilometers uphill from the beach
And not everything is so great with transfers to and from the beach
look at Belcekiz Beach Club 5 *, a very high quality hotel, on the first line with its own beach area
аватар Vika284
2 more hotels for which you can overpay for sure
Liberty Hotels Lykia 5 * and Sentido Lykia Resort & SPA 5 *, 2 hotels in one large area, with its private large beach almost 1 km long, guests of Sentido Lykia Resort & SPA 5 * (adults only hotel) can fully use the entire infrastructure 2 hotels, guests of Liberty Hotels Lykia 5 * only their own, but the territory is huge 282000m2
аватар I_Lena
Vika284
these are great hotels, but not for our budget(
I'm looking at the economy option so to speak)))
аватар helena_fortuna
I_Lena- are you talking about not paying 12-15 Turkish lira for the beach?
Usually, beach owners agree with each hotel that their tourists rested on some kind of beach. And for this, the beach owners send transfers in the morning and evening, and pick up tourists.
We were taken with Ocean Blue to Green Park beach.
The cost per person is 10 Turkish Lira, next year - 12 Turkish Lira. This year, I don't know.
This beach is near the Blue Lagoon.
Not only umbrellas and sunbeds, but also water bikes for rent, boats, and cafes
There is shadow everywhere. - there are awnings.
We had lunch there, in the cafe.
I'll tell you more - usually from 10 to 4 - 5 pm, I have never been to the beach.
This is the first time I didn't want to leave for lunch.
Nicholas Park Hotel - probably has its own beach - a must see.
аватар helena_fortuna
Vika284 I am very pleased that you want to send luxury hotls to all tourists!
And believe me, they will go there next year. / If they want /
And today - choose from, too, very fine hotels.
You did not rest there, therefore, let me, as always, object to you:
1) "" dinners also with HB only certain drinks free of charge water, tea""
Yes, tourists know about it.
2) "" make sure that the hotels do not stand on the mountain, so that you do not cut several kilometers uphill from the beach ""
This is not a God-forgotten Earth! This is Oludeniz. And, even if you are late for your transfer - there are a lot of minibuses / Dolmush / every 10-15 minutes go to Hisaronu (Fethiye) Ovacik
аватар Vika284
But then Belcekiz Beach Club 5 * this year it has a very good price
Sunbeds + umbrellas minimum 20-25 lira in Oludeniz
for hotels in the mountains transfers for example Garcia Resort & Spa 5 * a good hotel in a picturesque location on a mountain but 3 km from the beach, there is no beach, the transfer is free to the beach in the morning at 10:00 and 11:00 and in the evening from the beach 16: 00 and 16:45 - if you are very athletic, then from the mountain 3 km to the beaches of Oludeniz and uphill 3 km. And if you want to take a walk along the Oludeniz embankment in the evening
Look for hotels close to the beach, and not a kilometer away, because free transfers from 3-4 * hotels are eternal problems
аватар helena_fortuna
I_Lena from myself I will write like this:
if there is a big price difference between Nicholas Park Hotel and HB hotels, then choose the latter.
And if in doubt, then choose - Nicholas Park Hotel.
You will definitely like it.
You, not 1 time to Turkey!
And next year look - maybe better HB
/ But - this is an option only if you have enough money. What not to count: how much is fresh juice or ice cream. See for yourself /
аватар Vika284
helena_fortuna I'm on vacation in Oludeniz, this year I went to this area and I think that it's better to take a hotel closer to the beach so as not to spend money on dolmush - it seems cheap, but when you start counting every day a sunbed + umbrella at least 20 lire + dolmush for 2 people round trip, plus water on the beach
аватар helena_fortuna
Vika284 - You seem to have never been there.
*******umbrellas minimum 20-25 liras in Oludeniz********
- there is no such thing.
******************************************************* ******************************************************* ******
There you buy a ticket "entrance to the beach"
pay at the hotel in the morning if you want to go to the beach today.
******************************************************* ******************************************************* *******
And if you don’t want to, you go across the road and buy yourself a full-day tour of 6 islands for 6 English pounds. Where you will be entertained all day and lunch will be provided.
Moreover, at the entrance to the ship, they will definitely ask: what do you want meat or fish for the second?
I wrote above.
аватар helena_fortuna
Vika284 first line.
This is not the case of Oludeniz.
This is not a children's resort.
There are a couple of hotels, but we do not discuss them.
In Oludeniz - everywhere is beautiful. Especially in the mountains.
аватар helena_fortuna
I wrote a question to this hotel about the transfer and the beach.
St Nicholas Park
Yes, I have read the reviews.
And really, they're great.
аватар Vika284
"First line This is not the case of Oludeniz." - what about Belcekiz Beach Club , S3 Seahorse Beach Club , Lagoon Boutique Otel , Belcekum Beach Hotel, Liberty Hotels Lykia , Sentido Lykia Resort & SPA
"This is not a children's resort" - Liberty Hotels Lykia 5* hotel is not a family hotel ?
аватар helena_fortuna
Yes, Vika284, and you know that those who vacationed with children in St Nicholas Park also wrote great reviews!
Well, we discussed these hotels: at prices, "do not pass"
******************************************************* **********************
And we will leave this list - it will come in handy for the next trip!
Belcekiz Beach Club
S3 Seahorse Beach Club , Lagoon Boutique Hotel ,
Liberty Hotels Lykia ,
Sentido Lykia Resort & SPA
аватар Vika284
S3 Seahorse Beach Club and Lagoon Boutique Otel are simple 2-3 * hotels on the first line of Oludeniz Beach and are cheaper than Nicholas Park
аватар Vika284
"umbrellas minimum 20-25 lira in Oludeniz
- there is no such thing."
we read a review of Marmaris and Icmeler
https://www.turpravda.ua/tr/marmaris/blog-319312.html
https://www.turpravda.ua/tr/marmaris/blog-332302.html
"beds by the sea and for that we ordered 2 cocktails for 16 lire"
аватар Vika284
In Marmaris and Icmeler you get 32 lira for 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella, in Bodrum at least 40 lira on a simple beach for 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella
On Belcekiz beach 2 sunbeds + umbrella without drink 45 lire
аватар Vika284
There is also a very good solid 3 * 50 m2 from Oludeniz beach
Marcan Beach 3*
in a review about this hotel for June 2018 it says "The beach is free everywhere and there is a paid one in the blue lagoon 7lira for an adult 3lira for a child. Sunbeds are also paid everywhere 15 lira per item."
аватар helena_fortuna
I_Lena go to Nicholas Park Hotel
You will not regret !
What Vika284 writes about is a berth for ships.
From there the tours depart.
Maybe it's free there.
I have not been there.
I saw - there were sun loungers and umbrellas,
Belcekiz? There, again, they did not pay for umbrellas and tapchans for their vacationers?
******************************************************* ******************************************************* **
Vika284
"beds by the sea and for that we ordered 2 cocktails for 16 lire"

Who did you write this for?
Both I and I_Lena were there.
We are "in the know" what, for what ....
аватар Vika284
helena_fortuna specify where the ship berth is in relation to Belcekiz Beach Club , S3 Seahorse Beach Club , Lagoon Boutique Otel , Belcekum Beach Hotel, Liberty Hotels Lykia , Sentido Lykia Resort & SPA
"sunbeds by the sea and for that we ordered 2 cocktails for 16 liras" this is a quote from the review of an experienced expert Matveika and the prices for sunbeds + umbrellas do not differ Marmaris Fethiye and Oludeniz
аватар Vika284
We read the Nicholas Park Hotel review for this year https://www.turpravda.ua/tr/fethie/nicholas_park_hotel-h20335-r319342.html
Where is such a quote "We were on Oludeniz beach, this is a city beach, free, only sun loungers and umbrellas are paid. The cost of 2 sun loungers and an umbrella is 45 lire (1 dollar = 4.25 lira approximately)."
аватар helena_fortuna
Vika284 is not interesting to me.
I love Oludeniz!
And I travel from there /from the pier/ by boat, every year.
And this year will be no exception!
Therefore, it is funny to read about
that it is not necessary to live in HISARONU,
but as an old grandmother to sit 3 meters from the sea.
And that's it!
Don't go there - you won't get there!
And thanks to Matthew.
Went and wrote!
/ Honestly, I'm always too lazy to write.
Although I understand more and more what is needed.
Otherwise, all our tourists with experts will not break away from the 1st line.
And so they will think - that the shuttles in Oludeniz are scary. Going up is a nightmare.
And you have to buy water.
And oh horror! Money to spend!
Guys, relax!
You are on vacation!
аватар Vika284
Those. you first write helena_fortuna
"what Vika284 writes about is a berth for ships." and "umbrellas are at least 20-25 liras in Oludeniz - there is no such thing."
when I make a link to this year's reviews where this year's prices are and ask you to write which of the hotels the berth is your answer is "I'm not interested"
аватар Olgaolga153
The Belcekiz Beach Club Hotel has its own section on the main beach of the same name, so for vacationers, umbrellas and sun loungers are included in the price of the tour package. In the last couple of years, some other hotels snatched free sites for themselves.)))
I_Lena : "it's embarrassing that in the midst of the sun you don't want to lie on the beach ((Can you tell me if there are any places in the shade or under large awnings?"
There are no continuous shady areas (awnings) or large trees on Belcekiz beach. Options: 1. Take an umbrella and sun loungers. 2. Go to the Blue Lagoon or to the spit. There are natural shady areas. For everything, of course, you have to pay. 3. Go to the hotel at the peak of the heat to relax by the pool.
About local beauties. Marmaris is more of a party city. Oludeniz is calmer and has more wild beauty, I would say. Mount Babadag literally props up the village and therefore seems huge. There are no fountains, sculptures and other man-made beauties, as in Icmeler (Marmaris). But the sea, the mountains... are getting closer and more picturesque. You can take a walk in the mountains, where even wild boars walk. The most popular entertainment is paragliding. If you don't use it yourself, take a look. ))
аватар helena_fortuna
Vika284 except for you, no one is interested in my knowledge of all the beaches and hotels of Oludeniz.
I_Lena if you still think about HB hotels,
then there are pictures from the hotel
This is at the Ocean Blue High Class Hotel
