You can consider other cities, only a quiet rest in the green zone (humid climate), convenient entry into the sea and the shortest distance to it, as well as the general cleanliness of the hotel and relatively tasty food (not picky in this regard) matter.

I also support the Pegasos option. We rested in the Royal, but there is a very good 4 - Pegasos Club nearby. The sea, the beach - just fine. Recommend.
