The best option is Selchukkhan. You can safely fly to Karelta. For young people there is good animation! The food is also okay. Minus the rocky beach. But there is a pier.

Well, troika, the food will be ordinary and connect the Wi-Fi in the nearest cafe for a couple of beers. Wi-Fi is chargeable at the hotel. Departure for this tour is at 7-55 am, which means you will have to go to Boryspil by night bus from the Dnieper. By the way, tours from the Dnieper are much more expensive than Kiev ones and they don’t fly to Dalaman.
