And only on 12.06 I discovered that the booked tickets from Antalya to Kyiv, instead of Kyiv-Antalya. When trying to resolve this situation with a representative of the company, any specific actions - a proposal to return the fuel or airport tax (the ticket remained unused), change the date of departure from Antalya, or at least offer a discount on a new ticket - none of this followed. The operator’s response was, they say, buy a new ticket (5000 UAH for 2 tickets disappears) and offered to put these tickets back for sale, naturally, there were few chances to sell them in 4 days ...
