We have been with young children several times in Turkey.
From my own experience, I can recommend the Side area, namely the village of Sorgun. There are hotels with a large green area, on the territory of a relic pine forest - not as hot as in Alanya, and the cleanest air. The beach is sandy, which is quite important with children. I can recommend the Asteria Sorgun Resort 5*. The food is excellent, incl. for kids. Good kids club, playground. Great large landscaped area. The rooms are not very large, but good enough. So far, I consider it the best of all where I have been.
