I do not agree that the agent does not solve anything. We have it the other way around. The agent "cleans up" the sins of the tour operator, airline, etc., if any. Therefore, I advise you to contact experienced professionals who have been working for more than a year and are very confident and strong in the market. We have been contacting the company for the first time and they solve all the problems. Delay at the airport - explained where to feed for free. They will put you on the plane in the first rows. Problems at the hotel - they call the hotel (they speak Arabic, Turkish, English). Someone took our luggage at the airport, we complained to the agent - two hours later the guide brought us a suitcase to the hotel. Make individual tours, transfers. Extend numbers. Whatever happened to us - everything was decided. I doubt that this will be done by the tour operator or the site"vacation")))))))))) The tour operator works on time, our agents are online around the clock!
