You can also see Long Beach Resort Hotel & Spa 5 * (Alanya). Very good hotel, and almost fits into your budget. The beach is sandy, good, at the entrance, as in many hotels, there are pebbles, but not large, in general, it does not interfere with swimming.

I don't know where you read super-negative reviews about Muqarnas. Here I will not name the sites: the reviews are adequate. In the 2017 season, acquaintances had already rested in Mukarnas, they were satisfied, because they really understood that they were going to the middle five, and not the premium. And their requests were corresponding. If you have premium desires, then you need to increase your budget and go to premium hotels.
