Arancia is generally a good hotel in terms of well-groomed and the size of the territory and the proximity of the sea. But the mention of the Coxsackie virus in reviews is very annoying, especially when you are traveling with a small child. Spending half a vacation in the hospital is not the most pleasant thing to do.
