Yes, anywhere. Cirali, Kemer, Marmaris. Only you need to swim away from the shore, it is deeper and cleaner there. But the Mediterranean Sea is not the Red Sea. There is, of course, living creatures, but, alas, you will not find such a bright variety as in Egypt.

For 20 years, I have freedived all (Aegean and Mediterranean) Turkey.
More interesting than in the Dnieper or in the bay. I do not advise you to swim further from the coast.
All the time it will be necessary to "escape" from motorboats and yachts that do not care about you.
Yes, and the depth is not visible (40-100 m) and they will search for a long time.
What exactly are you interested in and what are your abilities-opportunities?

Last year I snorkeled in Kemer (Review: http://www.turpravda.ua/tr/kemer/Rixos_Premium_Tekirova-h7816-r176637.html)
I saw a mullet, sea ruff (scorpionfish), red mullet (sultanka), sea dog, balon (some kind of fugu), sea turtle, squid, small crabs, bison or crucian carp, well, and 4 more species of fish that I did not identify.
Boats, jet skis at depth are a real threat, especially at the moment of ascent (when they do not see you). It makes no sense to swim at great depths, since everything interesting is located at 3-10 meters.
And, of course, you can't compare it with the Red Sea, the sea is much "poorer" in terms of living creatures.
