Otium Seven Seas is a good hotel. Designed for the Germans. The food is good. They have one minus - not very convenient entry into the water on the beach. But there is a way out: you can use the neighboring Otium Eco beach without any problems. Last year, just my friends with a 3-year-old vacation here in September. They were satisfied.

Of course, budget hotels rarely work flawlessly: this applies to food, service, room cleaning, the state of the room stock, etc. In your case, water parks, miniclubs, super-large areas, etc. are not so important as, for example, good food, clean rooms, 1 line (so as not to get to the beach with children).

The virus loves to walk in the nearby Otium Eco - this is a children's hotel and there is a huge concentration of children. Your child is 2.6. Animators-children's clubs are not yet important for him (because at that age he cannot be left there on his own yet). Therefore, Otium Eco is not particularly relevant for you by age. Take Seven Seas and don't worry: there are few small children there, mostly older Germans, the food is normal - you will find something to give for a child. You can use the beach Ekovsky (it is more convenient to enter the water, not on the plates). It's right next to it, a little to the left of your beach.
