I was in Top Kapi in 2012. The food was good. We lived in the first building. Because of the architecture (yard-well), there were strong drafts in the evenings. But that was early October. The rooms are medium in size. The carpet is stained, the furniture is dark and bulky, the lamps barely shine. The hotel is large and noisy, especially the central entrance and reception. There are always crowds of people, it all looked like a cross between a bazaar and a train station.))) The second time I would definitely not go to it.
