Where to go in Turkey
We are going to Turkey for the first time with my husband, tell me which hotel to go to, Kemer or Side? Which travel agency is better not to contact? Is there anything decent besides 5* hotels there?

Go to Kemer, the nature is indescribable))) Mountains, pine trees, orange groves, there are good 4 * in the city center. As for me, Side is dirty.
If you go through a good MOT, then there should be no problems. Have a nice holiday!

Then recommend a good hotel in Kemer
аватар PlyusheMonstr
many good hotels in Kemer :)
For example:
Comfort Folra 5*? Club Zigana 5*, Queens Park 5*
lots of offers...

Amara Club Marine HV-1, Club Phaselis HV-1, Club Marco Polo HV-1, Comfort Flora Beach HV-1, Club Zigana HV-1... ... ... 1 (my personal opinion). The main thing is that the budget allows.

Indeed... it's useless to advise if there are a million hotels....
I always recommend that you initially decide on the budget of the trip, call the travel agency and they will announce the options that are invested in your amount.
It makes no sense to choose in advance, as it is a waste of time and a disappointment that the hotel is not invested in the budget....
In general, I love Amara Dolce Vita 5*, Rixos Tekirova 5*, Rixos Sungate 5*...
In Belek, these are: Cornelia Diamond 5*, Gloria 5* hotel chain, Adam&Eve 5*....
There is something to choose from ... then read the reviews and think what you like best.
Decided, booked, paid and go!
Good for everyone - and you and your time and wallet

Well, the man made it clear that he was not very interested in 5 *. For me, Turkish 3 * are quite acceptable (better than Egyptian 4 * +). So if the budget is modest - you can in 3 *. We lived in the area of Kemer, the village of Beldibi, the hotel "Imeros". It stands separately in a pine grove, against the backdrop of mountains. The sea is nearby: the beach is the same as that of the neighboring 5 *. Tolerably fed. There were amenities. Why pay more? Read the reviews for the big picture.

Well, about why pay more, I do not agree
And the service? what about food? But in general the condition of the hotel (sheets, towels, etc...)?
Roughly speaking, we don’t pay money for that, so that later we get a poop, and not a hotel.
We all work and want to have a good rest. Save up $ 200 and go to at least 4 *
Respect yourself, your work and leisure
Regarding the loss of the Egyptian 4 * triples to the Turkish ones, it is also a minus.
I saw about 100 hotels in Egypt and the same number in Turkey.
The difference is still the same! you just have to have something to compare with.
In Egypt, 4 * is better than Turkish triples in general, although it depends on what to take for comparison.
I saw good triples in Turkey (Sumela Garden 3+) and bad 4 * in Egypt (Gardenia Plaza 4 *)
In general, the choice is yours. Everything depends on the budget

I agree that I have less experience, since I don’t work in the tourism industry, but on the other hand, everything doesn’t merge into a continuous mess, since I didn’t move from one hotel to another as part of an info tour (when they show the best and hide the shortcomings), but lived for a while and could evaluate everything for herself. Therefore, there can be no talk of any "turd". Modest but nice. I didn't notice any issues with the sheets. They fed normally (there were no lobsters, of course) - no one went hungry. And since the hotel is small, all our wishes were quickly fulfilled. Therefore, I have nothing to scold - and now it's nice to remember (unlike some Egyptian 4 *). I don't know how it is now, but in 2006 we liked it. It is checked up on itself within 10 days of permanent residence.

Matveika - I also like Sumela Garden :)
I recommend her to everyone :)
apparently I didn’t understand the question of the tourist :)
am correcting:
Kemer is full of good hotels
e.g. Bona Dea Beach 4*, Fame Resort Goynuk 4*, Anatolia Beach 4*, Sumela Garden 3+* (I would even say 4*), Sultan Beach 4*, Ambiente 4*, Club Rama 3+*
аватар Mariya25
I also always suggest Sumela :) good C grade. But this year she has problems with the beach :(
The lower tier was flooded and stones came from somewhere .. this year it didn’t happen ... it’s a pity .. it’s clear that the water has risen, and it’s not clear who or what brought the stones ...
аватар Matveika
I looked at reviews and photos of SUMELA GARDEN 3 * - super! I really wanted to go (something like Imeros, but better: the sea is nearby, animation)! In my opinion - worthwhile advice about this hotel! Let's take into account! Thank you!
If only one of the "experienced" would answer my question about Cappadocia! BUT?
аватар PlyusheMonstr
Matveika - what is the question about Cappadocia?
аватар Matveika
And next to this question - please take a look, otherwise no one answers ..... but it is very necessary!

I strongly advise you to go to rest in Mersin. It's very cool there! My company and I have been going there for 2 years and we are going there this year. In addition to a huge number of attractions, a warm and clear sea, there is still everything for an active youth holiday. By the way, we did not stay at a hotel, but rented an apartment: we saved money and felt at home :)
