Please advise a normal 3-4 star hotel where you can have a good rest with a budget of 25,000 per person.
The three of us, all inclusive and not very far from the sea. There seem to be many options, but the reviews are almost all very bad. Is it really that bad or are tourists too picky? Like these hotels: Ares Hotel 3*, Paradise`s Apple Hotel 3* in Kemer, Seabird 4*, Ares Hotel 4* in Alanya?

You also need to specify the city of departure, the dates you want, the number of nights and the age of the travelers to the budget. If there are children, then this changes a lot when choosing a room type.

Unfortunately, with the current ruble exchange rate of 25 thousand per person ($ 380), including air travel, this is not a budget and you can get into a more or less decent hotel for that kind of money only if you are very lucky with a burning tour. The cheap hotels you listed are designed for EXTREMELY UNDEMANDING tourists, and if you have been in normal hotels, most likely they will disappoint you greatly. Seabird, for example, is not a four, but one of the worst threes in all of Turkey, besides, when checking out from a hotel, they extort money for allegedly damaged sheets, towels, broken furniture, etc.

Package tours to Turkey, in general, are cheaper. But, due to a sharp increase in prices, they are no longer so interesting in terms of money. I flew to Turkey several times without a package. For the money it turns out differently - 5 * is about like a package tour, a mini hotel is like a European one: about 27,000 rubles per person (hotel + flight) - this is a hotel without stars (family plan, Ikea-type furnishings), with breakfast, in the very center Side, beach 30 meters, cafe-restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is clean, with a patio - breakfast in the shade of a vineyard and palm trees. Air conditioning, mini fridge. Sevil hotel. You need to count on food (lunch, dinner) in the city - the budget is different - from shawarma to dinner in a restaurant (on average for me 20 euros), + transfer from the airport - 30 lira per person by a transfer company. On the beach, umbrellas and sun loungers are paid (2-3 euros per day), you can bring your own.

This is a small budget even for a week's vacation..

I agree, if the budget is limited and there are no small children, it is much better and more profitable to take a three-ruble note in the city center with half board or breakfast and come there only to spend the night. But all the same, a package tour will be cheaper in any case, especially if you take it off-peak season and a week or less before departure.
