You need to count on food (lunch, dinner) in the city - the budget is different - from shawarma to dinner in a restaurant (on average for me 20 euros), + transfer from the airport - 30 lira per person by a transfer company. I agree, if the budget is limited and there are no small children, it is much better and more profitable to take a three-ruble note in the city center with half board or breakfast and come there only to spend the night. But all the same, a package tour will be cheaper in any case, especially if you take it off-peak season and a week or less before departure.
