3. For providing information that does not correspond to real costs, you have the right to sue both the travel agent and the tour operator. Moreover, given that most often it is the tour operator who bears the real costs, you can ask him to confirm the information that the travel agent provided you.
4. In accordance with paragraph 6 of Article 1 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law, the tour operator is liable to tourists for the actions or omissions of third parties. Thus, you have the right to demand compensation from the tour operator in court for non-compliance with this condition.
5. The introduction of conditions on the withholding of a part of the amount (fixed or percentage) paid for a tourist voucher, depending on the date of refusal, is illegal in accordance with Part 2 of Art. 14.8 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. See Rule 1.
6. You have every right to refuse a trip to a country in which there is a threat to the safety of your life and health, as well as your property (military operations, natural disasters, etc.) by terminating the contract in court before the start and even during the trip according to paragraph 8 of Art. 1 Law. In the first case, you are entitled to a refund of the total amount of the tour package, in the second - a part proportional to the cost of the price of services not provided in connection with the termination of the transaction.
