Kemer is pebbly everywhere, only on the beach "Moonlight Beach" sand. Sand in Icmeler, nice beach, beautiful bay.

Fethiye is a very pretty town. Calis is a resort village (hotels, cafes, "dachas" for rent), by minibus or boat to Fethiye is very close.
Marmaris is a party place.

The Side area is good for children, only not all beaches are sandy there, there are sand and pebbles, there are plates at the entrance to the sea. I would recommend seeing the Evresenki area, wonderful beaches for children, a long entry into the sea, just what a child needs.

And thank you, rahimova.olia for the advice - since we are still looking towards Marmaris, or rather, Icmeler, so that we can dangle from there to Marmaris if we wish. It's possible, who knows? Not tiresome for the child? Are there good hotels there? I watched Marmaris Park (on the Icmeler-Marmaris road), but there is a beach = platform, not suitable for a child. We are going for 8-10 days, if necessary, the budget can be slightly increased :-)
