From any country to Russia - the equivalent of 1,500 euros, by plane - 10,000 euros. You probably won't buy more. Although ... If you are going to export silver in KILOGRAMS ...

the fact is that I have a silver jewelry store, but I haven’t taken it from Turkey yet ... and they told me that they check kg in excess of the norm ... that’s why I wrote like this))

to Russia is understandable, but from Turkey is the same equivalent? And are the checks enough or do you need some other documents?

From Turkey as much as you want, they will only be happy, because you leave money in their country, and they still stamp silver)))
Save your checks. And we need them more if there is a question in the customs valuation of the goods.
In general, there will be no problems, do not be afraid. Go to the "green" corridor, cases of checks at airports are extremely rare. Good luck!

Such questions should not be asked on the travel site, but to read the customs rules. If you are an entrepreneur, you should understand that such questions are not resolved on non-professional sites.

I took out items for the decor of the restaurant (metal jugs, dishes, etc.) - they asked me to open the suitcase, looked at it and let me go. I didn’t pay extra, I took out 20 kg by weight, but it was not silver. Read the export rules, everything is written there.

I re-read so much, but nowhere did I find information about the export of silver jewelry. (((

And I received the following answer to such a question in a search engine: At present, there are no quantitative restrictions on the import of jewelry, but there are cost restrictions. According to the Rules approved by Order No. 815 of the State Customs Committee of the Russian Federation dated November 24, 1999, individuals can import goods with full exemption from customs duties and taxes if the total value of goods in equivalent terms does not exceed 1,000 US dollars. It should be borne in mind that the customs inspector at the border will evaluate not only jewelry, but also the rest of the property. To confirm the value of precious items that you import from abroad, it is advisable to keep store receipts.
When leaving Russia, do not forget to enter in the declaration those items made of precious metals that you take with you on a trip. Otherwise, upon return, you will not be able to prove that these are not new goods, and their value will also be included in the total value limit (1000 US dollars) for duty-free importation.
If the value of precious metals and precious stones imported by you exceeds 1,000 US dollars, then you will be charged a customs payment - 30 percent of the customs duty.

When importing items made of precious metals into Russia, it should be borne in mind that, according to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 18.06.99 643, these items (if they are subject to subsequent sale or pledge) are subject to branding with a state hallmark. Of course, if you are sure that you will never have to sell these jewelry or pawn them in a pawnshop, then branding of products can be omitted. But who knows how life might turn out. You may need to resolve this issue. Then know that branding of jewelry and other household items made of foreign-made precious metals imported into the territory of the Russian Federation is carried out only upon presentation of the conclusion of the Russian customs authorities on the payment of all customs duties. Such a document is CPO (customs receipt order), which is issued in case of payment of customs duties. If the import was carried out duty-free, then the declaration is the document that you will need. So provide for everything and keep declarations.
