In accordance with the decision taken by the Council of Ministers of Turkey (published in the Official Gazette No. 28282 dated 04.05.2012), the period of visa-free stay for citizens of the Russian Federation (holders of ordinary foreign passports) has been unilaterally increased from 30 to 60 days, provided that they are in Turkey no more than 90 days in a 180-day period.
This decision is valid until December 31, 2012 and applies to Russian citizens who entered Turkey starting from May 4, 2012.
