Of course there is :-) In hotels it is more expensive about 5 dollars / hour, in Internet cafes it is several times cheaper. Take a card reader or camera cable with you :-) Recording to a disk is about 5 dollars

In our hotel they took 1 dollar per hour. And on the disk you can copy from the photographer of the hotel or in the village. They have the right cord!
