You can take any food in a reasonable amount and put it in your luggage (not hand luggage). Alcohol can be carried, but in limited quantities.

Garbage is not dry rations. 1 piece of sausage, 1 piece. cheese and 1 piece of bread .... if you are picked up from the hotel at 6 am, and lunch on the plane at 2 pm - you will glue the fins from such a ration.
