Which is better: five-economy or good four (troika)
Help, please... I had a rest somehow in the top five-economy, at prices somewhere around 3,000 rubles per day for an adult and 1,500 for a child (without a flight). I didn’t like it ... I got the 1st line, good territory and tolerable beach, individual air conditioning, but a dirty cramped dining room, queues for food (which is so-so) and drinks, and animation, which formally was, but rather oppressed than entertained ... And to my complaints, the travel agency said that "in Turkey the rest is exactly as good as the amount paid for it ... and the five, although the economy is still better"
Maybe it’s better to take a good four for that kind of money, since the prices for some fours and threes are sometimes even higher? Otherwise, after such an “economy” I’m generally afraid to rest in Turkey ...

The star rating of hotels is a rather arbitrary phenomenon, especially in Turkey and Egypt. But it is impossible to unequivocally answer "Which is better: a five-economy or a good four (three)", there are also budget "five" quite good. And there are just excellent "treshki", for example, Ulusoy Aspendos 3 * in Alanya, it costs like a decent 5, and all the time in the "stop". Therefore, you just need to focus on the budget of the trip, decide on the region, the number of nights - and the hotel here will certainly help you choose according to your wishes!

I will add that the star rating of hotels is a conditional concept around the world, with the exception of 10 countries. When choosing a hotel, state what is important for YOU and read the reviews. Turkey has great 3's as well as very bad 4's and 5's!

I have been to Turkey a lot of times in different regions, I even had a chance to work there in a turbocharger. From my own experience, I can say that on average it is still better to take a good 4 than a budget five. And, of course, you need to read reviews and look at photos of tourists who have been in a particular hotel.
