UTAIR-Ukraine airline. Who flew?
Tourists who flew with UTAIR-Ukraine from Boryspil to Antalya, respond!))) What are your impressions? The reviews on the Internet are terrible, they say flights are delayed, the planes are old, the service is terrible. We bought a tour from Anex-tour, it turns out that they fly with UTair ... And we are with small children ... We need fresh reviews)))

if you have ALREADY bought a tour, why "Need fresh reviews)))" ??

And what is the difference in choosing an airline - are you flying with small children or without? I don’t understand something, what special conditions does this or that airline provide for children?
аватар _Yulia_P
Milwaukee, forewarned is forearmed. Prepare mentally, put plenty of diapers and baby food in your hand luggage in case of a flight delay.
PolikSVT I'm not talking about special conditions for children. First of all, I am interested in whether the information about large flight delays is true. I will sit hungry at the airport for half a day after check-in, the children doubt it. I want to prepare, as I wrote above.

Here is a fresh review for you about the work of this airline and Anex. Read, draw your own conclusions...

A UTair plane crashed in Tyumen 3 days ago, almost everyone died. But this is our UTair, your independent can be cooler ...

M-yeah ... A friend works in a travel agency, she promised to help with the purchase of a tour at the best price ... Helped ... Trusted ... (((

Okay, don't be sad. The main thing is cheap.

"put more diapers and baby food in your hand luggage in case of a flight delay" - all this will have to be done MANDATORY, regardless of this or that AK (in case of force majeure). These are CHARTER flights. And the fault in the transfer of flights lies not with the TO and the airline, but with the airport of departure. Charters are considered "second-class" flights and, for the sake of the regular season, they hang out at their own discretion. To avoid this, you can buy tickets in advance for a regular flight (if any for the period of your departure to the sea). As for Anex, I have repeatedly stated here that I personally have no complaints about Anex, the last 3 times I flew to Turkey with him (September 2010, June and October 2011), flights to Antalya from Yekaterinburg were minute by minute, the delay was only in June 2011 during the return flight, for 2 hours, because there were a lot of almost simultaneous departures from Antalya, there were not enough runways.
This is just the direct fault of the Turkish side, which failed to plan flights in advance. Regarding U-Tair: there are Boeing aircraft, some are new, there are not so many, the distance between the seats is also different. Blankets and pillows need to be "extracted", not yet seated in chairs, there are very few of them

UTair and UTair Ukraine are by no means the same thing. In the only 737 UTair Ukraine (they still have 5 ATR 42s, but you will fly on 737) compared to other airlines, the distance between the rows is greatly reduced, it is VERY crowded to sit. But the plane itself is in good condition, the pilots are experienced, the flight attendants feed on time. Don't worry.

And flight delays, unfortunately, are also encountered on the regular season.

Our airlines are all about the same, they flew this plane last year from Donetsk. For a 15 year old aircraft, the condition is very personal, the staff is friendly. I liked it more than with Aerosvit (both in terms of maintenance and the condition of the liner). But after flying with Turkish Airlines and Pegasus to the planes of our airlines - not a leg!

Thank you all for your stories and advice. Before that, I flew with UIA, no complaints about them ... We bought a tour to Turkey, we were told that Anex was flying with UTair, I came across a record about the accident of a UTair plane in Russia in the Internet news, I decided to study the information about this in more detail a / k, the reviews are very unflattering ...
But once in a while it doesn’t have to, maybe we’ll be lucky ...

Well, we returned from vacation, flew, as I wrote, with the airline "UTair Ukraine" together with Anex-Tour. It didn't turn out as bad as I imagined and read. Morning flights, no delays, pleasant flight attendants. The interior of the plane is a little shabby, but clean. Compared to UIA in terms of nutrition, it’s a little worse. On the way to Turkey they gave scrambled eggs, yogurt and vegetables, on the way back a sandwich and a muffin.
I want to make my own conclusion - UTair Ukraine is not so terrible, 2 hours 20 minutes of a normal flight from Boryspil to Antalya.

We are also flying to Antalya. We chose a hotel, and the travel agency said that this hotel works with Anekstur (respectively, Yuteir airline). Before that, they only flew with UIA. Although the travel agency assured me that Anekstur had changed for the better, I still don’t really believe that Yuteir completely replaced old planes, by the way, recently, due to the deterioration of the plane, the landing gear burst during takeoff, it’s good that the Turks noticed malfunction and the pilots were ready for an emergency landing. We decided not to risk it, chose another hotel and will fly again with Pegasus and UIA. A little more expensive but quieter.

We flew in May 2012 to Egypt (Hurghada). In Boryspil, even before the start of registration, they announced a delay of 2 hours. Hour hanging out in the lobby, why an hour in the waiting room. As it turned out in the company ONE Boeing and it performs absolutely all charter flights to Turkey and Egypt Anekstura. And sitting already in the waiting room, we watched the picture of the arrival of the plane from Antalya, unloading passengers, luggage, garbage, loading our luggage, food, refueling, and after us, we flew away. Such a conveyor without sleep and rest. The flight there was both comfortable and pleasant despite the tired appearance of the aircraft, and takeoff and landing - everything went off with a bang. But the return trip left unpleasant emotions and even being late for 2 hours did not upset us very much, because as we were told back in the hotel, but 4 hours of constant turbulence, after 2 hours of flight, the light was turned off in the cabin and the remaining 2 hours on the emergency light (we flew to dark time of the day) and when landing, several unsuccessful attempts to release the landing gear and Oh, miracle! they finally got out. . . pretty much made us nervous. The crew must be given their due: to fly on the "old men" - one must have good health.

I, too, am now at a crossroads with Odessa this year, only Yuteir was allowed to go to Antalya. And I'm a UIA fan. With them, the tour turns out to be decently cheaper. But, I'm still holding back! God saves the safe. I also know the information that one aircraft is operated godlessly.

I apologize for the mistakes. The keyboard is old, makes spaces.

We flew from Antalya, after waking up in the morning at 3 am, in a hurry we forgot the camera, the only source of recorded rest with a child. The camera was not returned! A company representative suggested that other passengers took it, despite the fact that the device was on the floor, out of the attention of other tourists. Be careful - thieves work in UTair! and underpaid staff, judging by the theft of a digital soapbox!

Yesterday we, a family of 6, flew on a UTair flight Kyiv - Dubai. We arrived at the airport an hour before check-in. And agreed with the representative of the Annex tour to help with registration (for which he was paid). We were registered in the second row, all six seats together. After we got on the bus, a boy came in, shouted the names of my family members, without explaining anything, struck something in the boarding pass, to my question, he said that there were new places and left. When we got on the plane, the representative of the airline said that a crew would fly in our seats and none of my arguments were taken into account. During takeoff, a crew member used a computer. Half an hour after takeoff, the crew members who flew in our seats got up and went into the cockpit, and fastened bags were flying on the seats. They never returned back. Probably, the comfort of employees' bags during the flight is more important than the comfort of customers. My daughter asked me questions both about the seats and about the computer that I did not allow her to use during takeoff, and there were other questions, just less egregious.

Good day to everyone. I advise everyone not to use the services of this "slavia digging". The service is no, the attitude towards passengers is boorish. Luggage is destroyed by 80%. Compensation for the destruction of baggage is rudely denied. Have a nice flight.

Yesterday I returned from Sharm. Service is rude. 20 minutes flew over Boryspil, could not land. My child became ill, so the flight attendants only smiled like morons. Once again I am convinced to fly only with UIA.
аватар jonik-kiev
I flew with them to Sharm and back. I read terrible reviews, even asked the operator to change the company. But oddly enough, everything went great. I mean there were no flight delays. I decided to write a positive review for them, as I had read horror stories before. Usually when everything is fine, I do not write))

We flew to Turkey by Utair charter for the May holidays from Kyiv to Dalaman.
I read negative reviews and was ready for the worst :) nevertheless, the carrier was very pleased.
The plane is a standard Boeing seven hundred something there (about 35 rows). There is no business class, all the seats are the same, six in a row.
The plane is not new, but in good condition, clean, all the details are in place;)
According to the reviews of other passengers, I expected just a puppet distance for the legs, everything turned out to be not so bad;) just a little bit less than that of the same UIA. My husband and I did not feel the fort at all (but we are up to 173 cm tall). I think it will be uncomfortable for a person above 190 (although, in fairness, with such growth it will be difficult to find a comfortable seat on other aircraft).
Flights in both directions took off exactly on schedule. They sat down and took off on the segment Kyiv-Dalaman with a slight quite tolerable shaking.
Three stewards served in flight (two girls and a guy). I really like this approach (I rarely see male stewards - more often abroad). More than once I watched a picture when a frail stewardess tries to calm down especially impressionable passengers who could not resist and still drank everything they bought on

Never fly Utair! I have never had such a negative experience in my life, although I have visited dozens of countries with different airlines! This disgusting company has DROPPED us! We arrived at Vnukovo two and a half hours before the flight, checked in our luggage, and went through passport control. At the appointed time, they sat down at the exit. Let's go for a walk in Duty Free. According to the write-off, the landing was supposed to begin at 10:05, but we were delayed by 15 minutes, no more. We returned to the exit, and there was no one there. They began to ask, and they tell us - your exit has been changed. We went to a new exit and there we were informed that the plane had already left! They said they took off our luggage and flew away! The clerk wrote on our tickets with a pen "turnout at 10:28", even though it was only 10:20. Not once during all this time did they announce that they were asking latecomers to go to the landing, they did not give our names. In addition to us, there were also “abandoned” passengers. Five people in total. The plane took off 20 minutes before the scheduled time without us all.
We were just in shock. The whole group went to sort it out, met passengers from other flights, who were also left behind. The servants of Utair brazenly told us that it was our fault and we had to follow the exits. No apologies, no regrets, they do not express to us
аватар PolikSVT
Oh my God!! It didn’t even take 6 years)) how did they draw with the reviews)) an ordinary company, better and no worse than others) with such @exemplary "passengers, lovers of wandering around Duty Free, when the rest have been waiting for them on the bus for hours) and you still haven’t so loudly announced??? Who should watch you now??? Not small children. So you should.
