We completely renovated the rooms in the bungalows and the main building, built a new swimming pool, updated the reception, lobby bar, restaurants, Turkish bath, built a new barbecue restaurant and slightly changed the landscape design. There is also a Spa center, which has a lot of programs for the body. Excellent hotel!

nice service staff, food for all tastes, service unobtrusive, lived in the BUNGALOW - rooms are completely renovated (windows - doors are not metal), 1 year for two days - cleaning the room, you can safely go with small children. dishes children's pool.There are greens that are pleasing to the eye.
BUT THE MINUS WAS:
- DELAY IN SETTLEMENT FOR 3 YEARS. (OTHERS WAITED AND LONGER)
- THE ANIMATION WAS MORE RELEVANT THAN OURS.
- such "STUPID " ANIMATIONS I HAVE NOT SEEN FOR A LONG TIME.

rested in June 2009. I liked the living conditions at the hotel: plumbing, rooms, territory. But keep in mind that almost all rooms (doors) face the main road with very heavy traffic day and night! You sleep as if at a bus stop!!! So if you have small children or insomnia, then you will not fall asleep during the entire rest. a huge minus is the servants: there are no Russian speakers, only at the reception there is a Russian Lily, angry like a dog. Many tourists were dissatisfied with the meeting with her. There is also a guest manager from the Russian speakers, who, pushing everyone with her elbows, ate at the restaurant and a la carte. I didn’t understand what else she was doing. There is no ordinary tea in the hotel !!! everyone was encouraged to drink coffee. The meat was dominated by chicken. if at least some kind of meat appeared, it was swept away right there. In general, the food was not very varied. very dirty beach and sea, in the afternoon I didn’t want to swim at all.
I will never go there again! Was in other hotels in the fours fives, this one loses great! The animation is bad. Devastation reigns in the children's room: cold, very dirty, broken toys, children are not being watched!

Thanks for answers. We were already in Jasmine in July-August 2008, my review is on the hotel page. Last year we liked it: the territory, food (there was tea, and meat too)), the animation is quite active - who wanted to - were busy all day, the staff was understanding and fulfilling requests. The noise from the road and from the Zenith disco under the door of the room also interfered, but not much. The sea water is dirty. Holiday mood is great! I think the reviews for 2009 are negative due to a completely different set of staff, so the atmosphere in the hotel does not accompany a good rest.
