We flew to Antalya at the end of January from Kyiv. A-320, the plane is 10 years old, clean, the flight attendants are polite, there were no delays. Meals are usual for charters. In general, everything is within the norm for a charter.

I flew 2 times, however, the charter was from Simferopol. The first time - Yak-42D, not otherwise my age. Service is not a fountain, everyone was tired.
The second time - brand new Embroyer. The staff was fresher, the service was ok.

Good planes, normal service. Inside it was spacious for the legs (though we flew from Odessa) The plane is much better than the planes of the Donbassaero airline.

We flew in September to Antalya from Odessa, on a Boeing 737, inside a normal, not shabby cabin, the stewards are friendly, quite comfortable.

Irishka, you're not confusing anything? Windrose never had a Boeing 737!
аватар tourexpert
Ah... sorry, there is!

Although it is strange if you go to their website and look at the current fleet, then there are only 6 sides of 2 Airbus, 2 Embraer and 2 McDouglas. http://www.windrose.aero/about/fleet_windrose.html

there is, for sure, I don’t confuse, they flew on it "darling"

Currently, the airline operates the following types of aircraft: Boeing 737 (various modifications), Airbus-321 (A-321) (Airbus), Embraer E-195 (ERJ-190-200IGW) (Embraer), McDonnell Douglas MD-82.

Wind Rose was the first airline to use the new generation Boeing 737-800 aircraft.

Yes, I saw it on their front page. But in the list of boards that they have been operating for the last 3 years, there are only 6
UR-WRB McDonnell Douglas MD-83 05/28/1986
UR-WRE McDonnell Douglas MD-82 165 01/21/1985
UR-WRF Embraer ERJ-195AR 29.04.2008
UR-WRG Embraer ERJ-195AR 03/29/2008
UR-WRH Airbus A321-231 04/22/2005
UR-WRI Airbus A321-231 01/23/2006
There is no mention of Boeing. Only with a small "remark" - the company often leases the ships of other airlines, due to the shortage of its own, and having licenses to fly to those countries where others do not have.
I also remembered that 2 years ago I flew with their airline to Crete. And it was a Boeing 737. Only the Boeing was "Aerosvitovsky" And the servants of Aerosvitovskaya. But the food was handed out with the WindRose logo)))

I won’t say what the staff was, whether it was an aero suite or not, all the Wind Rose logos are on boarding passes and on tickets, and the plane was a Boeing.
аватар irishka82
Aerosvit staff, if my memory serves me, in blue uniforms?

On August 24, 2018, we flew with this company from Kyiv to Izmir. We didn’t even think that instead of a new suitcase we would get scrap, so we didn’t get acquainted with the rules in advance, according to which it is necessary to draw up an act of damage to luggage at the airport of arrival. Otherwise, of course, they would have made us wait for a bus of 50 people to complete all the formalities.
When damage was detected, I contacted online support, where I was assured that a complaint could be written, which I did.
And today, on September 10, I received a response from the company to an A4 sheet indicating all the regulations.
Perhaps Windrose should attach a memo to his tickets for such cases, if damage to luggage is considered the norm for the carrier. I will try never again to use the services of this company, which does not value its reputation, and I do not advise anyone, even though there are no complaints about the flight itself and the flight crew. But the attitude towards customers, especially citizens of another country, just rolls over ...
