Why Kemer? Over the past years, I personally got the impression that the price-quality ratio in Kemer hotels is lame. The food is so-so, and the service is slow. Belek is better in my opinion. About Russian speakers: Do you need their drunken antics? The fewer ours, the calmer the rest. The word "polis" works great on a drunken German, ours just get sunburnt from it, which they regret in the morning. Fines are not for children.

I would like to remind you that some 4 * are better than some acceptable 5 *. Not always the level of stardom corresponds to the declared one. The budget decides a lot, unfortunately.

This year I went to Kilikia Grand Resort, I liked the hotel very much, good 5 *. And the price is acceptable. I think it meets all your requirements. I would love to stay there again.
